“We had an outstanding experience at Julii. We were taken care of by both Louie and Maggie, and their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I brought my aunties who were visiting from out of town, and the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality they showed made our visit truly special.

The kitchen made a mistake with our order, but Louie and Maggie handled it immediately with such grace and professionalism that we never felt uncomfortable or inconvenienced. Their teamwork and ability to resolve the issue so smoothly is exactly why I continue to return to Julii.

A huge thank-you to Louie for his leadership and attentive service, and to Maggie for her kindness and care. They both made our visit memorable, and I highly recommend Julii for consistently delivering amazing service.”

this is for the regional manager/corporate/IT: please fix the app ordering - more customizable options (no/optional toppings like fruit) and also the point system doesn’t even work (applicable point options not showing up, also a bowl credit being $15 in fine print but $12.99 in store???). I literally can’t ever order my bowls ahead of time and it’s just ridiculous atp in 2025☹️”

“This is my favorite Starbucks because I pretty much like everything about this one. Any hot food I order comes out evenly heated, I don’t always get that experience in other Starbucks. My favorite drink is hot Earl Grey tea and I’m really enjoying the free refills on that! It’s so nice to walk in and have a pleasant interaction with the baristas. I was just in yesterday and Jay-R took my order. He was so kind and welcoming not just to me, but to every customer that came in. I don’t have that where I live, I want to drive to this location because of the way I’m treated. It’s a lovely group of people working there. It’s clean. It’s only a few steps from the parking garage (free parking 2 hours!) aside from moving to Pike and Rose I can’t imagine it being any better for me and my family. Thank you, Jay-R and EVERY barista at Pike and Rose 11860 Grand Park Ave., North Bethesda, we’ll be back! 😀”

“We had a family Father's Day and two birthday get together. It was a lot of fun bowling and the food was wonderful. From the small plates while bowling to a late lunch downstairs. Thanks to Jeremy for the Great food. And Jose is a great server, He was very helpful with the menu food came out fast and hot.It was our first time and we were very pleased.
