“5 stars is not enough!! We went to Kalamata Meze Bar last night for the first time and absolutely loved our time there. The food, service and atmosphere were top notch. Our server, Franklin, was exceptional. The food was fantastic and seasoned to perfection. This is a small, shareable plate type of restaurant and you’ll be able to try many different foods. Save room for the homemade desserts! Im including a few photos but do not know the correct menu names to caption them. The food is Mediterranean type specializing in Turkish, Moroccan and Greek dishes. There is something on the menu for everyone. Depending on the day, it appears as though they offer many specials. On certain nights of the week belly dancers will be performing. We look forward to another visit soon.“

“Happy Jacks is absolutely the best breakfast restaurant anywhere and they have the most amazing staff and food. We never go anywhere else and it's even better now that we live here. My son, Woody has Down Syndrome, and as parents you always worry how he will be treated, well I can tell you from the very first time we walked into Happy Jacks he was treated with respect and true affection. He now knows all the staff, for his birthday then brought him his pancakes with a candle and they sang to him. And one of the waitresses is his Bff and they spend time together outside of her work. It truly is a family affair.“

⭐⭐⭐⭐Avocado toast - light on salt and wish there was lemon or lime flavor in mashed avocado.
⭐⭐⭐The happy cow -vegan breakfast burrito. With hot sauce it is 4⭐s but it lacks some flavor but the tortilla is nicely crisp. The sauce it comes with is mild and underwhelming, I liked the blue agave saracha.
When they called our order it was difficult to here our name but it was not loud so be careful.“

“Hands down the BEST Italian meal we’ve ever had. We had Mozzarella in Carrozza, so delicious. My husband is a self-proclaimed veal snob and he said the veal Marsala was absolutely the best he’s had (and he’s had a lot fro over!) I had the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. The pasta was clearly made fresh and cooked perfectly. The bolognese was so flavorful but not heavy. Portions are refreshingly sized appropriately and so completely satisfying. Generally we’re not dessert eaters, mostly due to being overfilled by oversized portions. Ordering dessert from Ristorante Antipasti was a forgone conclusion. I don’t know which was better, the Chocolate Lover’s cake or the Vanilla Butter Cake. Been coming to Ocean City for years and this was our first visit to this restaurant and now tops the list of favorites. Loved everything about it, atmosphere was relaxed but elegant, met the owner who was delightful and appreciative. Highly recommend!!“

“We heard our favorite bartender Jen Lowe was back on Wednesdays night so we booked and extra night to be able to stop by the Shark to say Hello. Happy hour at the Shark is our favorite place to go while visiting the Ocean. This was night number 3 for us this trip and as always the food was delicious maybe better than in years past. Always fresh served hot and always with a warn friendly smile. It’s always good to go the a place that’s has a feel like “Cheer’s “ atmosphere. Where they greet you like family and make sure you leave happy and looking forward to your next visit. So visit the Shark the best food in all of Ocean City.“

My son and his father recently ate here while visiting Ocean City, and after he came back home to St. Mary’s County, we realized his phone had been left behind. When I called the restaurant, not only did they confirm they had it, but the manager, Johnny, immediately offered to send it back to us. He asked for my address and shipped it straight to our home — no charge, no hassle, no questions asked. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, this went above and beyond anything I could have expected. This level of kindness, honesty, and genuine care for customers is rare, and it speaks volumes about the type of people who run this restaurant. Even though we live hours away, they treated us like locals and family. “What feels like the only place to get a good bubble tea for miles and miles. Only issue is the price. If you're willing to pay nearly $10 a drink the place is great. Everything I've tried from there has been good. A lot of the drinks are pretty sweet so ask about lowering the sugar if you don't like that. Great variety.“

“The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club: A Delightful Dining Experience Last evening, we had the pleasure of dining at The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club in Ocean City, Maryland. Our reservation was for 8:15 PM, and despite potential parking challenges, we found it surprisingly easy to find a spot. The restaurant’s recent remodel is evident as you walk up the stairs into the inviting dining area. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted at the hostess stand and seated immediately. We appreciated the choice between indoor and outdoor seating, and the variety of seating options available, from semi-circle couches to large arrangements for bigger parties. Our server was attentive from the start, quickly providing us with water, drinks, and menus. After a brief look at the menu, we received a thorough rundown of the evening’s specials. The noise level was perfect, allowing for a pleasant conversation, and the open-air setting provided a comfortable breeze. For appetizers, we chose the crab dip and crab deviled eggs. While both were enjoyable, the crab deviled eggs stood out as the better of the two. I also tried a drink called “Lost in the South,” a refreshing blend of lemon and bourbon that became my favorite part of the evening. For the main course, I opted for the boardwalk fries with a crabcake, a dish labeled as an Eastern Shore Maryland specialty. It was served with tartar sauce and met my expectations with its classic flavors. To finish off the meal, we each selected different desserts. The restaurant’s take on the Maryland Smith Island cake, a cookies and cream version, was a delightful surprise and possibly even better than the traditional version. I highly recommend trying it if it’s available. Overall, The Tide Room offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent service, a comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food. “I have been going to Pho-Char for about 2 years on a regular basis. The owners do a phenomenal job staying on top of everything. The place is always clean, organized, and well kept.

The food is amazing. I have yet to have even a mediocre meal here. I typically always get the pho, but the fried rice is excellent, appetizers are great, and everything is always supurb.

Highly recommend this place for pho lovers. I love supporting mom and pop shops and what seems to be a husband and wife are always there working extremely hard.“

Our server, Minhea V, greeted us right away, he was very friendly and personable. He made sure that if we had any questions about the menu, he answered them confidently. He also accommodated our dietary needs and changes to the food.

Our meals were plentiful, great tasting, and they looked wonderful as well.

“02/'26 Went here for Valentine's Day dinner. Service was excellent along with food choices. Price is reasonable when you consider all that's offered. Prime rib and shrimp= surf & turf at other places is in the $40 range, so $45 for AYCE plus drink & dessert is reasonable. Desserts were endless and they were even making fresh donuts! They offer all kinds of fried seafood and chicken, barBQ ribs & pulled pork, steamed shrimp & oysters on half shell. If you're a vegetarian, their are some options, but this is really for the seafood/meat lovers. Can't wait to go back.“
