“The Olney store is clean and comfortable. I especially liked the way the manager, Brian, was observant when two staff members were being unprofessional. Even though they were off the clock, they were still in uniform eating in the dining area. He spoke discreetly with them because they were being loud. He also cleared my tray for me, which is uncommon these days in a fast food restaurant. I'd return to this location again and again. The food is fresh and so yummy!“

“I've been to many Popeyes but this one is special. Managers lead by example, associates all smile. Omg can I say clean tables! I actually sat down with my son and was able to eat and listen to Christmas songs and felt very cozy. Never in my life I ever experienced anything like it. Dedication ♥️ Put respect on em.!

“I bought a surprise bad using the Too Good To Go app. It is a great way to save money and also prevent good food/supplies from being thrown away. It is reasonable and convenient, no need to cook.

The customer service was good. The cashier was pleasant and the food was delivered promptly.

“This place is almost always hopping so we decided to try it for ourselves. The chicken was very flavorful and juicy, the yucca had good flavor but also was very soggy by the time we got home a little less than 10 minutes later. The beans were a bland, but the Peruvian fried rice was top notch.

It won't replace our normal go to spot for pollo a la brasa but it's easy to see why these guys have been in business since the 80s. Would definitely recommend trying this spot out.“

“This was my first time ever trying Dave’s Hot Chicken. I was originally planning to try the Rockville location, but since they didn’t have online ordering, I ended up taking a few buses to the Silver Spring location instead. Honestly, I’m glad it worked out that way.

I ordered Hot, and while the flavor was good and the chicken was juicy, it wasn’t spicy at all for me. If you’re into real heat, you’ll probably want to go Extra Hot or higher. Overall, solid food and a good first experience.“

“If you're looking for fresh, homemade fried chicken, this is the place. Place your order and they cook it, so it takes about 10 minutes. And it is worth it.

My son never had their chicken and insisted on going to a chain. Nada. I overruled him. He was not impressed by the small lobby and counter. But we didn't come here for ascetics. We came here for chicken.

Got the 8 piece meal, complete with cole slaw and fries. The slaw tastes extremely similar to how my mom made it...wow! The rolls are fresh. The fries are ok, and I would upgrade next time to home fries. Not a big deal, though.

The chicken was so different from the chain restaurants and in a good way. Sort of like grandma made. So good that my son ate 3 pieces and asked a few days later to go back for more.

“If you're in the mood for great Peruvian style chicken, stop by Pollo Central in the Aspen Hill Shopping Center. I've been getting carryout there for 2 years and they never disappoint. My go-to order is 1/2 chicken with fries and beans. In addition, I'll add some street tacos on the side. Everything is excellent. You can't go wrong with either chicken or al pastor with the street tacos, and the mayonnaise sauce I use for dipping my fries is addictive! The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is quick and efficient, so the wait is never long. Whether you're dining in or waiting for carryout, there are two large screens showing international soccer matches or news to help pass the time. This is a perfect after work stop for a great, reasonably priced dinner.“

“I went to Crisp and Juicy on April 23rd, in the evening alone. I hadn't been to the restaurant in a long time, so I was a little indecisive on what I wanted. The young lady that was at the register was as sweet as could be, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I wanted to order a platter for 2, and asked what her recommendation was to feed 2 people. So, I ordered what she recommended, and asked for a lot of sauce. The order came up quick, and I thanked her. Bless her. She gave me so much sauce. I just wanted everyone to know how much this impacted my evening, because my oldest daughter Ayanna loved your restaurant! She was murdered in 2020. She was 18 years old.
