“I’m visiting family here from Canada, and while searching for a local breakfast spot, this Dunkin’ in Olney, Maryland happened to pop up. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt compelled to share it.

The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Good food can be found almost anywhere, but genuine kindness and heartfelt hospitality are rare. That’s what made this experience unforgettable.

Waseem, the team leader, went above and beyond to make my family and me feel welcome. After learning that we were visiting from Canada, he treated us with such warmth, friendliness, and care that it genuinely touched us. We usually go to Tim Hortons back home, but I can honestly say I have never received this level of service anywhere before.

I’m now back in Canada, but if I ever return to Maryland, I will absolutely visit this Dunkin’ in Olney again and hopefully have the chance to see Mr. Waseem once more.

“We originally came for the donuts, but this time we decided to try the coffee as well and it did not disappoint.
Both the latte and cappuccino were exceptionally smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. You can taste the quality in every sip (the latte art alone deserves a round of applause 👏)

Special shoutout to David, he was genuinely kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Great service plus great coffee is always a winning strategy.

“Nicest Dunkin’ I have ever been to. They don’t make em like this in New York. Large store on the corner with comfortable seating inside and on the patio, in the morning shade. Very busy, very clean location. Would have been quicker if I hadn’t ordered ahead, but the wait was not too bad. App orders are placed on shelves in front of the counter for pick up, which is something that wouldn’t make it New York, either. Coffee hot and fresh, doughnuts delicious. Bathrooms available. Accessible ♿️.“

“Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts after driving nearly 3 hours. Service was good, we only purchased coffee though. The restroom was out of service, which was disappointing after the long drive.“

“I am not sure if the kiosk is not reliable or it's user error. I have tried twice to use it but the second time I focused on accurately adding the amount of sugar I wanted but it didn't go through because the barista served my coffee with no sugar and looking at the receipt it didn't have any sugar amount. “I love this concept a lot. There are 24 Wonder restaurants where you can order from. We ordered twice in a week. Love the no delivery fees! There are some celebrity chef's concepts here, such as Bobby Flay Steak, Marcus Samuelsson, Michael Symon, and others.

My favorite number one dish is their butter chicken. This has to be one of the best ones out there- I was so surprised how flavorful and spicy it was. We ordered this twice. My daughters loved the cupcake duo by Magnolia Bakery (NYC fame). Other favorites were the Yasas build your own bowl (portion is huge! This was enough for two meals), beef brisket and Rigatoni alla Vodka. Skip the egg rolls

They have several promotions for up to $25 off so take advantage of that. Can't wait to try other dishes.“

“There are lots of Baskin Robbins, and this one is special amongst the bunch. They make the best milkshakes, the staff is very courteous, and friendly. They know us and know what we want when we walk in, and know what I want when I go in alone for my Chocolate malt“

“I can’t say enough about what a treasure this local DD is! The management ensures a very clean business and staff are so well trained to help and assist.
