“I don't know that you would expect to find an excellent bakery in an unassuming building in Middletown, MD, but with Deb's you would in fact find one. I've now been twice, and all of the baked goods I have tried are excellent. If they have a pecan bun, you absolutely have to try it. I don't even like bakery cookies, and I thought their confetti cookie was delicious! If you're going to Annapolis Rock, this is only a short drive for a post-hike goodie. Plus, the whole operation is super adorable.”

“My husband and I visited Pathfinder Farm Distillery Tasting Room and Cocktail Bar last Saturday during their five-year celebration. We sampled several of their flavored moonshines and enjoyed each one. We shared the special cocktail flight and then enjoyed a full size drink a piece. Dani greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around the tasting room and the patio. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant! She really made our visit fun. While this was our first visit, it certainly won't be our last!”

They’re top-notch, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet like so many places tend to make them. A special shoutout to Liz the bartender, who was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what she creates behind the bar. Her cocktails were spot-on and elevated the entire experience. If you’re looking for great food, expertly made drinks, and excellent service, Alekos is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be back!”

“You can tell when you drive up to a place if the food is good by how busy the parking lot is. Sure was busy, but a few minute wait just allowed us to fall in love with the quaint interior of this Cafe. The food was as good as the wait staff! Would definitely plan to eat here again, to try the breakfast menu! The exterior porch all decorated for Christmas just added to the charm!”

“I have been on a wine hopping experience through Maryland with a friend, and I'm thrilled that Six Wicket called to us for a visit yesterday. The owner, Ed, was so generous and knowledgeable and caring about his 26000 plants, and he left that passion within me as we moved into the tasting room. Of course we had a quick play on the croquet court first! We both fell for the Cabernet Franc in Slovenian Oak, but every wine we tasted was lovely in its own way, a slightly unusual occurrence. :) So if you're thinking of a little wine adventure, don't miss this Vineyard! Everything about it was 'spot on' and delightful.”
