“One of my favorite locations, I come here all the time on my lunch break. Food is always fresh and staff is always smiling and friendly and make you feel welcomed. Thank you for your kind service. Even when I’m not at work I don’t mind taking the drive just to go to this location.“

“There is an older gentleman working here that brought my order out (curbside pickup) on 2/15. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and even thanked myself and the car next to me for being valued customers. I’m sure this is standard but he didn’t say it in a robotic way, he was sincere. I’ve been coming to this location for years and he is one of the friendliest workers I’ve met.“

“When I entered this business, there was only one person taking orders and her name is Kamya. She was in the kitchen cooking a customer’s order and greeted me. She directed me to the kiosk to order and was very kind. I stepped out to get ice cream and came back. My food was done and she saw that I had a lot of bags and even asked me if I needed help. Customers continued to come in and she was kind greeting everyone with a smile, while going back and forth to the kitchen to fill orders.

The customer service was great and she was doing EVERYTHING on her own which makes it even more amazing. My food was good and I will be back! 🙂“

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! “The beautiful lady taking my order was phenomenal! I asked her preference on the burrito and she gave me a clear cut answer. She then poked out at the food recieve door and told me why she gets it that way. I love the cheery and helpful attitude and I recommend this location. Food was great too as usual!“

“No Zaxby’s? No problem. We got Cane’s.

It might just be another chicken spot, but the Cane’s sauce makes all the difference. It’s in a real good location in the downtown Towson area, and they validate parking for the nearby underground garage.

The folks that work here are nice enough, if not overworked. They look really busy and might be in a rush to get you on your way, but they’re not rude about it.

The crowd here varies. Lots of college-aged kids, rowdy crowd or not is a hit or miss. It gets loud and the tables could be wiped down a little more often, but they keep up with the demand.

“Best food in Towson hands down! I drive Uber in the area and this is where I stop almost 2-4 times a week for the chicken cheesesteak. Tried a few other things on the menu and everything was great, but the chicken cheesesteak is just too good!! Great owners also, I don't even like a customer when I go, I feel like family.“

“I placed a mobile order at this location. The order was made quickly, unfortunately the store was out of the main dish that I had ordered. As a vegetarian there were no other options that worked for me. I would not use the app for this location again, there is clearly a lack of communication between the store and corporate. The location has plenty of parking but in general is out of a populated area.“

“This was a beautiful hidden gem. The staff were so nice to my family they took the time out to explain the menu to me better because the menu was in Spanish. I only gave 4 starts for atmosphere because I wished the movie playing was in English so that my kids could be entertained while devoured my beautiful delicious meal . The strawberry butter pecan milkshake was my own signature flavor and they excuted beautifully . I plan on returning again in the near future. Thank you for great food and service.“

Parking: They have a parking lot that they share with the health building next door but street parking is available I think before 8 a.m. you don't have to pay to park if you're just running into get your food your fine“

“You can almost never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The only problem with the one in eastpointe is there is nowhere to park or wait for your food or sit in a long line when it's long at the drive-thru they need to move that one to a bigger better location“

“I’ve been coming here for years now as a family is always a 20 wings of fries. Hate to see the new price 🤣but at least the full quality is still the same. “This place is straight 🔥. I get the Chicken Hibatchi (Bento Box if I'm really hungry):

-The portion sizes are fantastic, containers are always filled to the brim
-The teriyaki sauce is flavorful and served in a perfect ratio to the chicken
-The white rice is always perfectly cooked

-My order is always ready when I walk in and the entire staff is pleasant

“Great Arbys experience. I haven't had arbys in a while but had an old gift card. Food is reasonably priced. My wife ordered two sliders and a wrap and they were around 10 dollars and so was my meal. I had a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and it was so fresh and hot, cheese was melted and pulled. Healthy amount of ham on top. Fries were crispy. My experience might of been different if they didn't just open an hour before, but the fry oil did taste a little used or old. The service was quick, I was the only one in there at the time and the cashier was kind.“

The spicy nuggets inside the breakfast burrito are out of this world. It’s honestly one of the best breakfast items I’ve ever had, and every time breakfast hours end, I wish I could still order it. There’s so much demand for it, and I know so many customers who feel the same way!

“There appeared to be only one person on duty at the time. She was extremely slow and appeared to be very distracted by the outside of the building. I approached the counter and began to give my order. The person on duty left the counter and proceeded to get a chair to prop open the doorway.
As I ate my sandwich the person on duty did this again with another customer. It was rather weird.“
