“My date and I first experienced this charming spot last night. The beautiful informative and friendly waitress was top notch. As a small appetizer she brought us some light chips with two special sauces to try. Delicious! we both ordered from the grilled part of the menu. I got mixed vegetables and my date got Lamb. Even the rice was outstanding. He said Indian food is his new favorite. I think that says it all, right? if you love Indian cuisine... this is your place!“

“🥰 MR. AMIR and his family are absolutely lovely people. This is a family run business in the heart of Baltimore social life, between Inner Harbor, Harbor East and Fells Point (more to Fells Point side). It is our favorite Indian restaurant in Baltimore by far. My husband and I really enjoy their lunch buffets, they service freshly made food and have a variety of options. The lunch buffet has Indian salads, sometimes vegetable samosas, at least a few different meat entrees, at least a few different vegetable entrees, dessert, and always hot chai tea with sugar options. My husband and I enjoy going to not only eat the food, but also appreciate how friendly and hospitable Amir and his family are. They also have respectful staff, and run a very peaceful operation. We appreciate every visit, and when we leave, we feel like we have gained 5 pounds each (in a good way!). Looking forward to our next visit :) Thank you Mr. Amir and family!“

“Loveeeeee. Great food and drinks. Helpful location if you’re doing something downtown. We went for dinner and drinks before seeing a comedy show around the corner. The service was slow, though. There were 5 customers inside when we went and we waited so long for our order to be taken. Then, our food took a while. It was really good, as were the drinks. I would definitely go back but we cut it close to the show time. Parking is rough around here so plan ahead.“

“I really like this place. I went to the one in Pennsylvania in July and went here Friday night to pick up food. I ordered the tandoori chicken pizza. Different I think something was missing for me. Next time I’m going to order the margherita pizza next time but the bowls are amazing and my mom loved the biryani rice bowl!! She said she really loved it.“

“Finally found my go to dining spot in Towson: Kathmandu did not disappoint. Manoj, owner's nephew, provided excellent service. Everything I ordered was pretty delish: veggie pakora, chicken soup and chicken gorkhali. Particularly loved the flavoring and spices of gorkhali, and sliced ginger pieces make each bite that much nicer. This will be a repeat dining spot for my Towson business stays. Highly recommend this place to anyone that likes Nepalese and Indian cuisine as many of their dishes are a crossover from Indian food.“
