“Went to Jake’s Grill, I got a half rack of ribs, chicken sandwich, coleslaw and macaroni and cheese.
The food is OUTSTANDING! This was my first visit and I was really impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful 😊👍🏽. The atmosphere is great because the staff is super friendly! Definitely going back!!!

“I have recently discovered Pioneer Pit Beef, and what a gem it is. Good old-fashioned pit beef. No nonsense! The super size sandwich is enormous, and worth every penny. You might have to wait in line, but it is definitely worth the wait. Buy an extra sandwich, because you will want another one after you taste the best pit beef in Baltimore!“

“First time visiting here. Halal BBQ is a relatively new concept around here and wanted them ncheck it out. Ordered two Halal Beef Brisket sandwich combos with french fries and a canned soft drink each, a Halal Bacon and Brisket combo sandwich with curly fries and can of coke, Mozzarella cheese sticks combo and a chicken tender serving. Overall the family enjoyed the food, my beef bacon was over cooked and the strips of beef brisket were thin slivers of meat with a barely discernable flavor coated with copious amounts of BBQ sauce. First impression was so-so, for me. Seating was barely adequate with people standing over your head to order. It was night time and rainy sonif they have outdoor seating, it was not part of the equation tonight. I will definitely visit again as I like to support small upcoming businesses and I like the concept of contemporary American food for those who prefer to eat Halal.“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Mission-BBQ in Owings Mills. The food was great, the service was great and the dining room was emmaculate. This was my first time here. “Our family and a friends family meet at Kpot 2/3 times a month for dinner. The service is always great and the tablet makes ordering super convenient! We celebrated our daughter’s 10th birthday tonight and she really enjoyed the cheesecake (her bday dinner was also free which we didn’t know and thought was very nice)!“

The picnic tables have umbrellas so we sat outside in the parking lot. I wanna come back and try everything on the menu. The staff were super nice and friendly. Such a fun experience eating here.“

“Tired the food yesterday for the first time it's really good“

“Went to visit my relatives and we decided to go out for lunch. I asked where is a good cheesesteak joint? My cousin took me here. Definitely a go to for the future & much better than any cheesesteak I had in Philly. I got the fish steak to go. I’m not sure what kind of fish it was but I almost bit my finger off just sneaking a taste. Will be reheating to have with my morning grits. There is paid parking just across the street so this is an easy run for me.“

“Very welcoming place. Unpretentious. Drinks were delish. Espresso martini! We love seeing people of varied cultures, just hanging and talking with each other. I was reluctant to get the ribs because I read a review saying they were dry. Mine were delicious. It wasn’t a saucy rib, and that’s how I like it. I’m sure you could ask for sauce. Husband had steak and rice. The staff is very accommodating. The onion rings were great. Wish I had some left! Plenty of TV’s to see a game in the bar area. There is also a dining room area away from the tv/bar area. Comparing this experience to a Navy Yard sports bar yesterday, we enjoyed today’s Bare Bones meal over yesterday’s DC sports bar hands down. Our server was great. Friendly, quick and respectful. It was like going to your friend’s house for a meal. We’ll be back…Definitely to watch some football this season. I’ll have to try something else next time to see if their other dishes fare as well.“

“This was my second time eating here. The last time was years ago, and they didn't include lettuce with the BBQ, which was one of the reasons I started going elsewhere. However, my sister chose this restaurant for her birthday, so we gave it another try.
I'm happy to say they now include lettuce! The banchan was decent, the kimchi was delicious, and the BBQ was excellent. We ordered the second combo with the samgyeopsal and marinated beef. My brother-in-law did the grilling (as usual!), and I ordered the large naengmyeon (cold noodles in a delicious icy broth). I ate until I felt like I was going to explode!
The only downsides were that the space felt a bit cramped, and the prices were slightly higher than the other Korean restaurant we usually visit on Bethany Lane. Nevertheless, the most important thing is that the food tasted authentically Korean. 😋 The waitress was also very attentive, which made the experience even better.“

“Overall, it's a very solid spot.
The staff were friendly. The food was decent. The portions and prices were both medium. Our food was ready pretty quickly.
The potato corn dog is weird but recommended.

A couple small complaints:
One of the two sauces I had on my beef bulgogi bowl (I'm not sure which one it was) was congealed and kind of gross.
They don't let you customize the sweetness or ice level of your bubble tea. And mine had too much of both sugar and ice.“
