Kid-friendliness: They have a bathroom. As for the food you can order to suit a child.

Parking: It's a small parking lot, with 2 spots in front of the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair assessable as there is no ramp but if you know how to get the wheelchair on the sidewalk, you can enter into the building & dine in.“

“I have loved Subway since I was a kid, it's been around a while, I like Subway because it is healthier than fast food places ( no offense) . I have always loved the veggie sub, but I have to admit that the new series is outstanding. I haven't tried all of them, but I am in love ? with the Outlaw. So tasty and delicious. Treat yourself to lunch today and try the Outlaw, or The Boss, or The Monster. These are just a few in the New series that I have tried, there are others. “This location is small, but serve a lot of items I've never seen sold at other locations such as hotdogs, pretzels and ice cream just to name a few. Customer service was great. The location is convenient and great alternative to McDonald's that use to be there.Big ups to Wal-Mart took for initiative to move away from greasy fast food.“

“Ali is an absolute ray of sunshine. I walked into subway after one of the hardest days of the school year, and all i really wanted was a nice turkey and cheese. He proceeded to take my order, asking me how my day was, and cracking light hearted jokes. By the time i got to the register, my day had gotten so much better. I even offered to pick up my baby daddys kids, and pick up a 7am-11 shift at work (thats how good it got). The bread was nice and fresh, lettuce crunchy, and turkey AMAZING (He even put the right amount of mayo). Usually when i see the money drain from my account, i feel sorrow and loss. But this time, seeing -7.99 from subway in owings mills get taken from my account, made me smile.“

“I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!“

“We pulled up 3 minutes after the establishment closed, but we saw the open light on from the road. The gentleman who opened the door to tell us kindly they were closed. As we walked away he opened the door and said to us come in and we will take care of you. We were returning off of a long commute from VA and everything was pretty much closed to grab a bite to eat. “Never being here it took me a minute to look over the menu. The guy at the register gave me a moment to look things over and then gave me some recommendations. Not just what his favorites were but asked me what type of things I liked and then narrowed down the options! I ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken sub with Fries. The sub was amazing. Super delicious and had a decent kick. It was toasted to a great crispy crunch without being too hot. The fries were fresh, hot, crispy, and very tasty! I would recommend this place. Everyone here was very pleasant and friendly!!!“

“I give 5 stars, only because the guy Samuel prepares the Subways very good, professionally, and fast. What you ask he does greatly.Unfortunately the older small guy in that location is not good and rude. Once he didn’t want to get Italian bread with herbs, he said they didn’t have it but when I decided to leave he found one and he always puts just few vegetables if you ask to put more onions he refuses and tells you that they only have those not more. This location is very close to me when I come and see that guy is working I usually don’t order and go to another location located 3 miles from there.“

This poor kid answered and was there all by himself. He had a $1,000 catering order to handle in addition to online, walk ins etc. He was not having a good day. “I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak from the website. I walked over from making a delivery to Giant Foods. I couldn't find it at first because it is a smaller set of connected buildings within a larger set of connected buildings in the shopping center. The place was clean. The cashier was also making the food. My Food was ready at the specified time. The food was hot and delicious. There is plenty of parking because of being in a shopping center.“

“Today, I was impressed with the young lady working in the subway. It was really busy and she was the only one working and I had to wait a long time for my food to get ready but she managed everything impressively. She was really nice and managed everything perfectly.“

“Speed of service was fast the food was delicious they were wearing gloves while serving the food but I didn't see any sanitize water at the end of the line and it did not wipe down the line with sanitizer as they was going along now right there with build up food “

“Tony & the staff at this Subway are Exceptional!! I pre order my food & it is always correct & delicious. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms. They are very attentive to their customers & keep it clean & neat. It’s next to Stevenson University. It’s in walking distance. Keep in mind for gift cards to send to students in care packages & for the holidays. I have also seen Ravens players & Coaches frequent this location. “Located inside of Sinai Hospital and very convenient. I visit this location on a regular basis because they are open 24 hours. Good food and as always fresh. The tomatoes could be more ripe instead of green. My sandwich was put together messy which is reflective of the service in my opinion.

Vegetarian options: Veggie delight and veggie patties are good vegetarian options.“

“I placed my order through the app and all 4 items were made to order. The app was easy to navigate. When I arrived, my order was ready. I just had to grab the chips and fountain drinks. I'm glad I ordered ahead, because there was a line to place an order inside the store. From what I saw, it was clean inside.“

Some are new while some have experience. “I like the Cajun chicken sandwich. Before that, it was the Black and Bleu. Too bad these are temporary menu items. Several standard menu options are good also. Consistently good quality and fast service. Slightly higher than average cost is worth it, when you're seeking a little more enjoyment / class than usual in a relatively quick fuel fix.“

“You know you're doing pretty good when you've got a 1-1 ratio on calories to cents.

I went in and got the footlong Doritos and the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap for about $13. I was able to use the food for two meals.

More importantly, though, it was delicious, novel, and fairly healthy - or at least I knew what I was getting - can't say Doritos are all that recommendable in terms of health. But their use of cheese and the vegetables they already have there for subs was much appreciated in its cleverness and nutritious simplicity.

Subway's got a lot of new menu items lightly, but their old lineup is still strong.

This is more of a review for Subway as a restaurant as a whole. As for the particular location, it had nice air conditioning (important on a muggy late spring day), the employee was polite and efficient, and the place was clean and tastefully designed.“

“I tried the Rotisserie Chicken and Chicken Teriyaki along with all the salad options except pickles. The Rotisserie Chicken tasted really good, while the Teriyaki was a little on the sweeter side and not as spicy as expected, so it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. “I went to take advantage of the "New Sweet Onion Steak Sub". Let me just say that it's just a steak sub with the sweet onion sauce on it which I thoroughly enjoy anyway. I mean, I used to put that on my seafood sub all the time-Aaahh sweet memories! The store was clean, the gentleman that made my sub washed his hands before he started and put gloves on. And this is one of the few locations that take coupons soooooo this my new spot!!!!“

“Recently, my kids and I decided to grab a bite to eat after a school Christmas event. This subway was clean and thankfully not very busy although there was a consistent stream of customers while we were there. The staff was pleasant and very efficient and the food was fresh and very good. We would definitely go there again.“
