“I have loved Subway since I was a kid, it's been around a while, I like Subway because it is healthier than fast food places ( no offense) . I have always loved the veggie sub, but I have to admit that the new series is outstanding. I haven't tried all of them, but I am in love ? with the Outlaw. So tasty and delicious. Treat yourself to lunch today and try the Outlaw, or The Boss, or The Monster. These are just a few in the New series that I have tried, there are others. Next time I go to Subway, I'll take pictures, promise“

“Had lunch, ate one of their subs from their new menu series. It was very good.

Kid-friendliness: They have a bathroom. As for the food you can order to suit a child.

Parking: It's a small parking lot, with 2 spots in front of the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair assessable as there is no ramp but if you know how to get the wheelchair on the sidewalk, you can enter into the building & dine in.“

“This location is small, but serve a lot of items I've never seen sold at other locations such as hotdogs, pretzels and ice cream just to name a few. Customer service was great. The location is convenient and great alternative to McDonald's that use to be there.Big ups to Wal-Mart took for initiative to move away from greasy fast food.“

“The best part about my stop here was not only was my sandwhich great but the customer service was exceptional. I ran in about 10 min before they were closing (they had already started wrapping & putting things away) which I totally get, it’s a slow area around this time. But they didn’t even blink an eye to take my order, unwrap things & we’re so nice about it. They truly went above & beyond & I was so greatful because I was starving & not much was open in the area. Luv awesome customer service, will definitely be back!“

“Excellent sandiwiches at a great price. At luch this place can be slammed but the staff is very efficient in taking orders and keeping people moving. They have a dinning area which is perfectly fine but I usually get mine to go.
Highly recomend you stop by.

Parking: Street parking mostly although within a short walk there are free surface lots that you can park in.“

“I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!“

“I give 5 stars, only because the guy Samuel prepares the Subways very good, professionally, and fast. What you ask he does greatly.Unfortunately the older small guy in that location is not good and rude. Once he didn’t want to get Italian bread with herbs, he said they didn’t have it but when I decided to leave he found one and he always puts just few vegetables if you ask to put more onions he refuses and tells you that they only have those not more. This location is very close to me when I come and see that guy is working I usually don’t order and go to another location located 3 miles from there.“

“We pulled up 3 minutes after the establishment closed, but we saw the open light on from the road. The gentleman who opened the door to tell us kindly they were closed. As we walked away he opened the door and said to us come in and we will take care of you. We were returning off of a long commute from VA and everything was pretty much closed to grab a bite to eat. “Speed of service was fast the food was delicious they were wearing gloves while serving the food but I didn't see any sanitize water at the end of the line and it did not wipe down the line with sanitizer as they was going along now right there with build up food “

“I had to take care of some business at SECU. I was hungry and didn't feel like waiting until I got home. I decided to try firehouse subs. I walked in and was greeted by the young man behind the counter. I let him know I was new there and asked him was was some of his favorites. He gave me two options. I decided to try the Jamaican Jerk chicken, it was so good. The bread was so nice and fresh. I really enjoyed my sandwich“

“This subway is nice and fairly clean. They make decent sandwiches but the way they make it is dependent on the staff. I go there frequently and there is different staff every time. Some are new while some have experience. One thing I don't like about them is that they can be sometimes really ignorant to instructions for sandwich but that depends on person making sandwich. overall, it is decent but sandwiches could be made better.“

“This review is for Xander (I’m pretty sure that’s his name) and him, alone. I ordered online to have food delivered. 2 hours later, still no food. This poor kid answered and was there all by himself. He had a $1,000 catering order to handle in addition to online, walk ins etc. He was not having a good day. Shame on management for leaving this kid all by himself to be put in this position. If he’s a manager, he’s an asset to this store running it all alone. Hope your day got better, man! “I placed my order through the app and all 4 items were made to order. The app was easy to navigate. When I arrived, my order was ready. I just had to grab the chips and fountain drinks. I'm glad I ordered ahead, because there was a line to place an order inside the store. From what I saw, it was clean inside.“

“I went to take advantage of the "New Sweet Onion Steak Sub". Let me just say that it's just a steak sub with the sweet onion sauce on it which I thoroughly enjoy anyway. I mean, I used to put that on my seafood sub all the time-Aaahh sweet memories! The store was clean, the gentleman that made my sub washed his hands before he started and put gloves on. “I like the Cajun chicken sandwich. Before that, it was the Black and Bleu. Too bad these are temporary menu items. Several standard menu options are good also. “Stopped in and wow! Love this place. I got the cutlet sandwich with mozzarella, broccoli rabe, and pesto (#3 I believe). It was wonderfully tasty and nicely balanced! I find that sandwiches often have too much bread and not enough filling but the ratio was perfect! As a lover of broccoli rabe, I was happy with how well it had been prepared. I'll be back again soon to have more- definitely want to taste their other options!“
