“This location is small, but serve a lot of items I've never seen sold at other locations such as hotdogs, pretzels and ice cream just to name a few. Customer service was great. The location is convenient and great alternative to McDonald's that use to be there.Big ups to Wal-Mart took for initiative to move away from greasy fast food.“

“I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!“

“I give 5 stars, only because the guy Samuel prepares the Subways very good, professionally, and fast. What you ask he does greatly.Unfortunately the older small guy in that location is not good and rude. Once he didn’t want to get Italian bread with herbs, he said they didn’t have it but when I decided to leave he found one and he always puts just few vegetables if you ask to put more onions he refuses and tells you that they only have those not more. This location is very close to me when I come and see that guy is working I usually don’t order and go to another location located 3 miles from there.“

“Never being here it took me a minute to look over the menu. The guy at the register gave me a moment to look things over and then gave me some recommendations. Not just what his favorites were but asked me what type of things I liked and then narrowed down the options! I ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken sub with Fries. The sub was amazing. Super delicious and had a decent kick. It was toasted to a great crispy crunch without being too hot. The fries were fresh, hot, crispy, and very tasty! I would recommend this place. I got the roast beef and cheddar and I will come back and try the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. My order was taken quickly and was prepared soon after that. “I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak from the website. I walked over from making a delivery to Giant Foods. I couldn't find it at first because it is a smaller set of connected buildings within a larger set of connected buildings in the shopping center. The place was clean. The cashier was also making the food. My Food was ready at the specified time. The food was hot and delicious. There is plenty of parking because of being in a shopping center.“

“This subway is nice and fairly clean. They make decent sandwiches but the way they make it is dependent on the staff. I go there frequently and there is different staff every time. Some are new while some have experience. One thing I don't like about them is that they can be sometimes really ignorant to instructions for sandwich but that depends on person making sandwich. overall, it is decent but sandwiches could be made better.“

“I like the Cajun chicken sandwich. Before that, it was the Black and Bleu. Too bad these are temporary menu items. Several standard menu options are good also. Consistently good quality and fast service. Slightly higher than average cost is worth it, when you're seeking a little more enjoyment / class than usual in a relatively quick fuel fix.“

“You know you're doing pretty good when you've got a 1-1 ratio on calories to cents.

I went in and got the footlong Doritos and the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap for about $13. I was able to use the food for two meals.

More importantly, though, it was delicious, novel, and fairly healthy - or at least I knew what I was getting - can't say Doritos are all that recommendable in terms of health. But their use of cheese and the vegetables they already have there for subs was much appreciated in its cleverness and nutritious simplicity.

Subway's got a lot of new menu items lightly, but their old lineup is still strong.

This is more of a review for Subway as a restaurant as a whole. As for the particular location, it had nice air conditioning (important on a muggy late spring day), the employee was polite and efficient, and the place was clean and tastefully designed.“

“I went to take advantage of the "New Sweet Onion Steak Sub". Let me just say that it's just a steak sub with the sweet onion sauce on it which I thoroughly enjoy anyway. “I went in this Subway around 9 pm. I immediately noticed how clean this Subway is. I noticed everything was in its place and there wasn't any trash on the floor. I was greeted, which a lot of other stores don't do, but if they're busy, I wouldn't expect to be greeted. The young lady took my order, and was very quick to take the order and prepared both of my orders. I believe I was only in this Subway for about 10 minutes. The young lady even engaged in conversation with me. Yes, I would return to this place again. ? The subs were very good and fresh.“
