“I went on a quiet Sunday afternoon. I was greeted kindly, and also impressed by the fresh food being brought in from the garden witnessed while driving in. The food : superb, the environment : relaxing. Afterward, I spent time outside with some recommended activity, a sunny day - gentle breezes and a sparkling view. I'm humbled and grateful to have experienced this wonderful afternoon at Courtney's Restaurant.“

“We came to the Ruddy Duck while in town visiting family so we could have a belated anniversary date.. We had a most incredible experience...our server David was attentive and pleasant without being over bearing...his menu recommendations were on point! The crab dip is stellar...my husband and I got what was on special...he got the crab cake burger with duck fat fries and I got the steak frites...everything was cooked perfectly! The duck fat fries beat out the well known ones from our current home town, and the steak was melt in your mouth...the mushroom peppercorn sauce was to DIE for... I was so thrilled that Chef agreed to sell me a small container of just the sauce to take home. My husband is going to regret that he brought me, because now we are going to have to go back every time we come back to visit family...10 stars out of 5! ❤️“

“Best noodle soup around if you like Vietnamese PHO you will love this soup.. for other reviewers this IS NOT Vietnamese PHO it is prepared differently with the accompaniments. They do not come fresh like in PHO. Amazing broth and amazing owner. Super friendly great service owner takes great pride in his food. I highly recommend.“
