“Donut Shop
During my road trip, I found a donut shop that immediately caught my attention. The shop had many different kinds of donuts, and they all looked freshly made and delicious. It was difficult to choose because there were so many different flavors and toppings. When I finally tried my donut, I was surprised by how soft, fresh, and flavorful it was.
Stopping at the donut shop became one of my favorite food experiences from the trip. The donuts were a great snack while traveling, and everyone I was with enjoyed what they ordered. It was another example of how some of the best places can be found unexpectedly during a road trip. If I ever return to that area, I would definitely stop by the donut shop again to try more of their flavors.“

“I love Handcraft Doughnuts! The donuts are always fresh, soft, and not overly sweet. I really enjoy the variety of flavors - from classic glazed to creative seasonal ones, Rosewater Buttercream is my fave! Kara is always so friendly and welcoming. This place is my weekly treat at Union Market. A handcraft doughnut and a good cup of coffee to start my day.“

“If you haven’t been to Laurel Tavern Donuts yet, you’re seriously missing out! These are hands down some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. They’re unbelievably light, fluffy, and melt in your mouth with every bite. Every flavor I’ve tried has been fresh, perfectly made, and absolutely delicious.
What makes this place even more special is the incredible staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel like a valued customer. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in both their amazing customer service and the quality of their donuts.
Laurel Tavern Donuts has definitely earned a loyal customer in me. Whether you’re stopping by for a bite to eat or treating yourself to something sweet, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!“

“This was our first time visiting Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken, and all I can say is… wow! We can’t believe it took us this long to try it because it was absolutely amazing.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the incredible smell of fresh doughnuts, and we immediately knew we were in for a treat. The doughnuts were soft, fluffy, incredibly fresh, and perfectly sweet. We loved that there was such a great variety of flavors, from classic favorites to unique seasonal creations. It was honestly hard to choose because everything looked delicious.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making our first visit even more enjoyable. Even with other customers coming in, the service was quick, and everyone was so helpful.
Whether you’re looking for breakfast, a sweet afternoon treat, or just want to satisfy your sweet tooth, Astro is absolutely worth the stop. It’s in a great location if you’re exploring Washington, D.C., and makes the perfect treat before or after visiting the nearby museums and monuments.
Our first visit definitely won’t be our last. We left already talking about which flavors we want to try next time! If you’re in Washington, D.C., do yourself a favor and stop by Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken, you won’t be disappointed!“

“When it comes to coffee shops, I look for five things... good drip coffee, great music, good treats, good savory food options, and chill, kind people. There are very, very, very few that check all 5 boxes, but this is one of them.
The bagel sandwiches are bomb (shout out to the Humpty Hump), the coffee is always solid (it's La Colombe, iykyk), and the pastries/cakes are some of the best in the biz. I feel like I hear Sade whenever I'm in there, which is obviously great, and the people are the kindest. And the cherry on top is the cutest window seat--truly unmatched.“

“Let's be clear. The bad reviews is because Karoline Leavitt ordered donuts from here on her birthday. That's it. That's really why they are leaving these reviews. This company is a small family & veteran owned business and the donuts are some of the best in town. Enjoy!“

“There are doughnuts and then there is Donisima. There are many shops to claim to have “gourmet” doughnuts. But Donisima is the real deal. Every single flavor is just a work of art. The new location is lovely. Highly recommended!“

“This place should exist in every city. And although the place was pa ked, the atmosphere is very welcoming. Good place to reconnect t with people you may not have seen in a while, or just simply hanging out with someone enjoying a good coffee and a treat. In my opinion, they may need ro expand to fit everyone lol. Service was good as well.“

“The one reason I always come to this Dunkin is because the customer service is amazing! There was a sweet girl who took my order through the drive-thru and also helped me figure out the Dunkin’ app. She had such a kind voice and was incredibly patient and helpful. I stopped by after work around 1:30 PM, and honestly, the experience was so pleasant that I’ll definitely be coming back again! ❤“

“Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts after driving nearly 3 hours. Service was good, we only purchased coffee though. The restroom was out of service, which was disappointing after the long drive.“
“I love Mochi Mochi donuts! I was glad to see that they had a small display at the Bryant St. Market. Mochi Mochi donuts are a perfect pillowy, scalloped-edged donut available in unique and traditional flavors.
I usually get the mango or yuzu flavored donuts when I order them from the spot food hall in Rockville.
The day that I went to Mochi Mochi, their menu was pretty extensive given that it’s a small display seemingly within the poke shop.
I chose the churro flavor and a strawberry for a friend. The churro donut was basically the donut version of the churro sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and lightly fried. It was good.
My friend said that the Mochi Mochi strawberry donut was delicious. When I purchased it, the young lady said that it was a strawberry donut with strawberry glaze and topped with freeze-dried strawberries. If you love strawberries, this sounds like a great choice.
Definitively check them out the next time you’re at Bryant St.“

“Joanna is the reason I keep coming back to this Dunkin’. Even during the busiest morning rush, she is consistently warm, patient, and genuinely kind. She somehow manages to stay calm and welcoming no matter how long the line is or how hectic things get.
What stands out most is the way she treats every customer with the same level of respect and kindness. She greets people from all walks of life with a smile and makes everyone feel seen. In a fast-paced job that can’t be easy, her positive attitude never seems to waver.
It’s amazing how much of a difference one person can make. Joanna brightens my mornings, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her—she sets the standard for what great customer service should look like.“

“I am not sure if the kiosk is not reliable or it's user error. I have tried twice to use it but the second time I focused on accurately adding the amount of sugar I wanted but it didn't go through because the barista served my coffee with no sugar and looking at the receipt it didn't have any sugar amount. She begrudgingly added the sugar for me.The coffee is always tasty.“

“This was my first time at this location. There is minimal seating there. The store was very clean. There were plenty of options left, even though I went later in the day. The donuts were the same consistent, yummy Krispy Kreme donuts I am used to eating. I would return to this location again.“

“This is the best Dunkin in the area. The staff are always polite even when it's busy. There are times when there's a rush of customers, like on Sunday morning, but the staff just get everybody taken care of and in the correct order so folks are happy. It's sad that somebody broke the walk-up window but the staff have adapted. Just ring the doorbell before you enter and they will know you're a mobile order. I hope the company recognizes this location for being high quality and continues to invest and fixes the walk-up window soon. I've ordered here many times and they are always on point. Thank you for being such an important chain restaurant for us in Riverdale!
Note to the reviewer upset about the use of Spanish language, this Dunkin location is in the heart of Little Mexico. I'm proud and happy to be an English speaker in this community. It's not hard to learn the Spanish numbers. And the staff speaks English, too, just ask the staff if you do not understand. Most of the time they do report pickup orders in English in my experience. The USA thankfully has no official language and we should embrace our cultural diversity as a national strength. In neighborhoods where the primary language is Spanish I am happy to hear when Spanish is used first, even at chain restaurants.“
