“Ticklers Crab Shack was a fun and delicious experience.
We began the evening sitting at the bar enjoying craft cocktails, the bartender, Lenny, was so talented, the cocktails were on par (better really) with what I have had in New York City, AND we had the comfort of a cool, off the water breeze, and a million dollar view. For the record, I did the honor of trying a couple different cocktails, but the “summer of 69” was my favorite.
My husband ordered a variety of oysters from their amazing raw bar, attention to detail was impressive. All of the wait staff and bar staff were attentive. The atmosphere created by the management and staff was not only pleasant and informative, but very professional, yet relaxed. We were lucky enough to meet the Chef and thank her for the great dishes. My husband had the Angus Steak Frites Dinner and was absolutely impressed with not only the cut of meat but also with the combinations of flavors and sauces. I had the fried crab balls, a recommendation from the manager, which were amazing, the crab cake dinner which was so fresh and tasty with Old Bay mustard aioli. I found out they change some parts of the menu seasonally, and we can’t wait to see what the manager and staff come up with for our next visit.“

“Bistro St. Michaels is just amazing. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everything is great. The staff is awesome and the food is beyond amazing. My husband and I come every year for our anniversary, and it somehow gets better each time. We always sit at the chef’s table, and it honestly feels like home. “I loved the ambiance. Sitting right on the water is what you'll love and of course the crabs! But, steer clear is the crab dip. It was disgusting, disappointing and was all cream cheese. Calling it crab dip and charging market price was diabolical. There was zero and i mean zero crab meat. 😝 Our server completely forgot about our drinks that stayed on the bar for 30 minutes getting watered down (no, they weren't busy) but other than that? Great views, good vibes and awesome crabs!“
