“We went there on a humble for my son's Birthday. The food was delicious. The service was top notch. My aunt didn't like her food and the management went above and beyond to correct the issue. I will definitely eat there again and recommend. The atmosphere is very warm. I highly recommend.“

Just good home cooked food.They miss on a few items but,I've been going for 45 years and it doesn't disappoint. Service is friendly and excellent. Hope it never changes.“

“My family went to Hightopps tonight for a small memorial for my uncle. The food was delicious, our waitress Bree was great, the general manager, Kirk, was one of my uncles best friends, thank you for your kindness! I never met the owner but I can tell he is an excellent person. Thank you to all of my uncles friends that cared so much for him & for Hightopps wonderful service and kindness as well. I give this place a 10 out of 10. It reminds me a little like Seacrets in OC. Love the atmosphere and outside is so pretty.“

“This story is worth sharing. Our Lax team had a tournament in Baltimore, Md this weekend. We stayed at a Holiday Inn that so happened to have a Chili’s Restaurant attached. Our crew wound up at the Chili’s for dinner yesterday evening and met an AMAZING server named Bobby. Our boys raved about Bobby’s service, and invited him to their Sunday…9am…90 degree game. Well, Bobby showed up at their game, with his big personality and smile. He wound up leaving such a great impression on the boys, coaches, and parents that he was part of our team for the day! He complimented the parents on our boys manners and said he wouldn’t miss their game for anything. Despite loosing 1 game and winning another, Bobby was the winner here today! Chili’s Restaurant has a fabulous employee, and Jersey Express 26’ team has a new buddy! I call that a win in my book all day long!“

We are always greeted and told about the 20% being included in each drink order and we’re fine with that because the mixologists are fabulous, the atmosphere is wonderful and we will continue to patronize this wonderful establishment and support the city of Baltimore and a small business in the process.“

“I celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday. It was a beautiful experience and budget friendly. The food was great and customer service was very good. The ambience was nice and the music was not loud. “So I went to blooms on a slow Saturday night. Inside is super nice, & I do love the vintage 70s aesthetic of it all. Idk if they take reservations, but I just walked in &. A hostess sat me down. The velvet couches are a nice touch, though they aren't the most comfortable IMO. It's small, can probably hold about 50 ppl total. But for it to be a slow night, the service was even slower, surprisingly. Getting my waiter's attention felt like the hunger games :( she served me and would disappear for 30 minutes. It took nearly another 30 minutes just to get the check after I asked. I'd go back, but I wouldn't get a table. I'd just stand at the bar, where the service seems quicker. My drinks were very good! On the pricey side but that's to be expected with cocktail bars these days.“

“This is a typical bar with with bar food. No Different than TGI Friday, except a little better. The service is "OK" the servers are untrained as to waiting on tables. The first thing that should be brought to tables is eating utensils and napkins, the water. The tables dont have slat & pepper available for their patrons, you need to ask for it. The menus are not placed in front of customers upside down. (And I even brought it to her attention and she still didn’t correct it) ?? All in all the server was trying very hard to be attentive. The food was not terrible, it's typical bar food, and dont expect anything more. The Boom Boom shrimp are pre breaded frozen shrimp with the tails on and then fried and covered in some type of sauce. My daughter liked the boneless chicken wings with hot sauce. The onion rings I thought were good. I ordered the toasted Italian sub and wasn't offered the option to get tater tots -vs- fries. I didn’t realize this till later and the fries were soggy. I think this is an "OK" spot for someone looking for a bar atmosphere and same for the food & service.“

“For a bar on the outside it’s not like a looker but don’t let that steer you away. They have a small food menu but they do it Good. I got chicken tenders and a chicken cheesesteak both were yummy. If you want a cool afternoon drink and lunch with a chill vibe this is the spot. The bar tender Sharon was very polite and sweet and the cook even came out to deliver the food to us. I would highly recommend this bar for budget food and drink for a good buck👍🤟“

“My friend and I visited this lounge for the first time last month. It is a BEAUTIFUL lounge. A great atmosphere and gorgeous ambiance. The bartender was very nice. However, our experience could have been better for a couple reasons: First, a lot of the items on the food menu were unavailable! Maybe the lounge was waiting for a food inventory delivery? Who knows? My friend tried to order three food items off the menu, and for each item the bartender said “I have to check with the kitchen to see if we have it!” They didn’t have the three items. My friend settled for the steamed shrimp. 🤷🏾‍♀️ My second and last issue/complaint: We both ordered a delicious pink martini-style drink (I forgot the exact name). The drink was good but it was mainly juice/sugar/grenadine— it hardly had any alcohol. It tasted like we were drinking a really good pink lemonade beverage lol. I will give this lounge another chance and most likely several more chances because it’s near my house. They should just stop skimping on the alcohol and have most menu items in stock!“

“I love this place. The restrooms and bar aea are always spotless. The beer is cold, and the cutie on duty Delores is such a pleasure to talk to. I wish all bars had a cutie on duty with such style, class, and personality like Delores. The owner is very nice and always carries a smile. He brought my friend and I a drink last time.“

“I've never been in the actual bar Part but if I have to go to a liquor store in the neighborhood it is by far the best one. Good selection, reasonable prices, tend to keep a lot of the riff Raff and beggars from hanging out. The owners and people that work there are very nice also. There's at least 12 liquor stores right here within walking distance and if they're open they're the ones that I spend my money with. Even late at night I feel safe going to the ATM here.“

“I Loved the Atmosphere and Friendliness from the Owner. I had my Baby-shower here in March. He has a space in the Backyard and it can accommodate at least 50 people. He was very kind, he made it an open cash bar since I couldn’t have alcohol but that was totally fine. He takes the trash out at the end of the night so all I had to do was clean up. I am definitely having a Party here and the space was Affordable. Thank you for everything! I will be back soon!“

“Great local spot! The liquor store has an awesome selection of beers—lots of popular brands and imports, no fancy craft stuff, just the good classics. Prices are solid too.

The bar inside is a real bonus. Super relaxed vibe, friendly staff, and they’ve got a pool table that’s free when you’re hanging out at the bar. Perfect place to kick back with a drink, shoot some pool, and unwind. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!“
