“The kids love the small pizza option and for 5.99 I can't complain. They definitely are my local place for dinner.

Kid-friendliness: The have a great kids menu for any appetite
Parking: It's in a huge shared parking lot, so no worries finding a spot any day“

“We met up with family in Frederick and found this cute breakfast spot recommended by locals. Food and coffee were delicious! Staff meant business but they were down to earth. It was very busy but service was fast. We will definitely be back.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite after a long morning at Butler's Orchard. Great service, sandwiches were delicious, and it was prepared quickly. There is a cute little outside seating area.
Note: this is not a full-service restaurant where you sit down and you are served, this is a counter where you order what you want and then you can sit down and eat there or you can take it to go. Located on the side of an office building. Great spot for quick in and out.“

“The Havanna was delicious and reasonably priced. Also they have really good pickles and a Sandwich is only as good as the pickle offered on the side.“

“Ever since Market on Market closed, I’ve been looking around Frederick for a really good sandwich (other than AKA Friscos). This place was really yummy and definitely worth a visit to. I had the turkey panini and it was made perfectly! Their coffee is also very good. We will definitely be back!“

“I have been to 7th Street multiple times and it is one of my favorite lunch places! I work nearby and I order in advance. The customer service is great - everyone is friendly and accommodating to large orders or sandwich modifications. The location is small and gives a beach-style atmosphere. I think if it was located on the corner, there would be more outdoor seating. The food is always delicious! The crabby fries are the perfect combination of cheese, crab meat, and Old Bay. My personal favorite is the Malibu - turkey, bacon, sprouts, avocado...you can never go wrong! Love this spot.“

“Ate here for lunch while in the area for work. It was my first time at a Jersey Mike's and it did not disappoint. I got the chicken bacon ranch sub and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The place is pretty small and was very crowded that's my only critique on it. Overall very good and would recommend.“

“This Jersey Mikes in Germantown MD is my favorite and now being 8 months pregnant I have a very particular taste and they are consistent with quality and service. Also tonight a few extra hearts on my receipt to acknowledge I'm carrying a little one I found that absolutely adorable. Keep up the awesome job ladies and gentlemen! You know me as Preggersaurus 😅 (my own given nickname) I always recommend a regular Philly.“

“I recently visited this sandwich restaurant and was delighted. The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was simply amazing. I want to especially shout out Valentina, the girl at the cashier, for her kindness and diligence. She was very attentive and professional, which made my experience even better. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!“
“Genuinely the best Subway experience I've ever had. The women behind the counter were very friendly and personal, and deserve a raise pronto. The sub itself was also very delicious. The woman who made it gave me very healthy servings of meat and cheese, compared to other locations that will give you just a couple slices. This has become my #1 subway of choice, and I will be coming back frequently.“

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves their cookies and lemonade.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps on the sidewalks.“

“I go around 10am -2 pm, order in person, ladies are courteous, proper amount of ingredients. Not sure why so many bad reviews, maybe don't go in at the last moment, if they haven't had 1 customer for a few hours befor closing, they start to close early. Not exactly a shocker. And maybe don't order “

“Waiting for my doctor visit nearby, stopped in for a cold soda and a/c while waiting for appointment time.
Wheelchair accessibility: Curb cuts for Handicap from parking lot to sidewalk and double-wide entrance doors to enter restaurant. No auto-open for doors but that is optional for businesses.“

“Individual Subway franchises can vary widely.
This visit to this Subway was Fabulous 🤩. I should have snapped a picture. The dining area was sparkling clean, warm, friendly and inviting.
The service counter was equally inviting. The (not sure of the appropriate title, server?,preparer?,cashier?) official Sandwich Technician was gracious and very careful to get my order just right. This might sound trivial, but in my household, the disposition of condiments borders on politics and religion in its sensitivity and importance. I was very pleased to have no complaints from the end users; little miss "dry, dry, dry" the anti-condiment crusader, to the "where's my snorkel?" condiments spelunker, while even managing to satisfy the "I just want a touch of oil and vinegar " elitist who didn't notice that I complimented the dash of oil and vinegar with a skosh of mayonnaise, resulting in a glowing assessment that they got just the right amount of oil and vinegar.
I didn't know that this Subway was hiding just 3/4 of a mile from my house making it more convenient than bending down to reach the deli drawer. I will be returning often.....at least until I get around to buying a new refrigerator that has a deli drawer that I can access without having to bend over.
Kid-friendliness: There were children in the dining area and they were happy.
Wheelchair accessibility: This store is located in a moderately large shopping center so there is plenty of accessible parking and wheelchair access to the sidewalk.
The only caveat is that the sidewalk is gently sloped which is a little inconvenient if you are alone in a manual wheelchair. It is navigable, but I would prefer having someone to push me or a self propelled chair to navigate the slope in the parking lot and the sidewalk.“

“I recently visited Jersey Mike's and, despite some initial delays, had a positive experience overall. I ordered my sub 30 minutes in advance via the app and arrived to find a busy restaurant with a line of about 8 people. After waiting for 20 minutes, I noticed that customers who ordered in-person were receiving their subs faster than online orders. This initially made me upset, and I considered asking for a refund.
However, an older gentleman, whom I assume to be the manager, quickly made my sandwich and sincerely apologized for the delay. His genuine apology and accountability for the situation turned my frustration into appreciation. It's not often that I write reviews, but his efforts deserved recognition. Thank you for turning what could have been a disappointing experience into a positive one. I will be back!“
