“The fam and I went to Prime Street to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday. Our experience tonight was so amazing…I wanted to get on here to give Prime Street their flowers. My wife and I have been to Prime Street multiple times and they never failed the assignment. Tonight, we had the crab dip and the calamari for apps…Delicious! For entrees, I wanted to try something different because I normally get the Ribeye, so I got the lamb chops with the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes and my wife got the Ribeye with broccolini and mashed potatoes…everything was 10/10! The lamb chops were seasoned well and you get 8, which is unheard of. The Brussels sprouts were flavorful especially with the bacon and the mashed potatoes had amazing flavor. My wife enjoyed her Ribeye, which is always good every time we get it. Even my brother-in-law, who’s not easily impressed was blown away by the burger and I let him try my lamb chops.

I normally don’t leave good reviews (which I need to start doing because it’s some good food spots out here and the people need to know), but I just felt compelled to write this review. I highly recommend Prime Street. Yes it’s all the way in White Plains, but it’s worth the flight.“

“I recently dined here and i really enjoyed the food. Delicious and generous serving. The only issue that I found was that the wait staff sends some training, especially the girl at the front door on Saturday, March 5th. Front Door staff should know how to greet customers. I found her very off- putting. It is a shame because her attitude is a negative for your business. Someone needs to take a few minutes to train her. 4 Stars“

“After a 12 hour car ride to our hotel, this was an Amazing and Delicious dinner for our family of 4! Very affordable. We’ve paid a lot more for a lot less, and we even got dessert! Our kids rated it a 10 out of 5 and that’s huge for them. Highly recommend!! Will be back!“

“First time customer, was pleasantly surprised! The St Louis style ribs, red skin potatoes was delicious! The string beans were cooked perfectly, just lacked a little seasoning. Purchased the jerk chicken for someone else, and that looked pretty good, didn’t taste it, so can’t really comment on that.“

“I actually only stopped by the ice cream window, and it was an amazing woman there greating and making everyone smile with her cheerful and professional service, my husband requested a small cup with flavor and she created the best sundae with all kinds of exploding flavor, I loved this Mother's Day treat, enjoyed it to the bottom of the cup.

“Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. After our food was delivered, our server never returned to check on us or make sure we had everything we needed. We had to ask for items that should have accompanied the meal, including syrup, one of our side dishes, and water for the table.

The lack of attention continued throughout our meal. Dirty plates and used utensils remained on the table, even after one person had finished eating, yet no one made an effort to clear them, leaving the table cluttered and making the dining experience feel neglected.

When it was time to leave, I requested a to-go container for my remaining food. Although I was given the container, I was not offered a bag, so I had to carry it out by hand.

Good customer service isn't just about bringing food to the table—it's about checking on your guests, making sure they have everything they need, keeping the table clean, and ending the meal with the same level of care with which it began. Unfortunately, none of that happened during our visit.

I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve the overall customer experience.“

“Took a chance in from out of town staying down the street wow so glad we did!! Simple atmosphere clean friendly service. We had 2 brisket sandwiches 1 with onion rings. Made a reservation and was so pleased with the ambience when seated; when looking over the menu, we felt certain we had been handed the wrong one because it was 11am and there were no brunch items to be found! But sadly, there is only this one menu regardless of day or timing. Very disappointing!! We pieced together some soup and appetizers as a “brunch” meal; the food was very good and our waitress very kind. However, we did send our comments to the chef expressing dismay that a brunch spot offered zero menu items that were even close to being considered brunch options!“

“The food has a good flavor however can be a little inconsistent. I always order the same meal, the lemon garlic chicken breast. All times the flavor was really good, but sometimes the chicken was overlooked and yesterday it was extremely salty.“
