“I can always count on good tasting food at Crazy Down Home. I have only been to the Randallstown location. I have had the fried chicken, fried fish, fried liver with gravy, steamed crabs, chitterlings, home fries with onions, fried green beans, collard greens, mixed vegetables, vegetable lo mein, and fried cabbage. My son loves the cheese steak subs.“

“I, along with four other friends went to this restaurant on Saturday 8/23/25 and both the food and service were excellent. Everyone we came in contact with was very polite, friendly and professional. I personally loved their corn bread muffins and asked if I could buy some to take back home. The young lady was very generous and I truly appreciated all that she did. The next time I'm in Baltimore, I definitely will be going there. The other ladies with me all felt the same way.“

“I just called the store and gave my thoughts about the individuals that prepared my order. I had the vegetable omelette, side of toast, and grits. There’s no pics because I had to make a decision to either put down the fork or pick up my phone. Anywho, if o didn’t know better, I’d swear I cooked the everything myself. Just the way I love! Omelette: full of vegetables flavor, grits, stirred to perfection, not lumpy, and my toast, wow !!! Not soggy and soaked in butter!!!! You have started my day with joy!!!! I’m appreciative!!! “I enjoyed a solo brunch on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the catfish and grits with a lemon drop mimosa. The drink was refreshing with the right amount of alcohol. The catfish was fried hard and very well seasoned. The star of the meal was the grits. IDK for sure what they put in them but they are delicious! Service was fast and polite. She let me switch to the grilled Swai, and it was fantastic—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The Swai, green beans, collards, yams, and mac & cheese were all delicious. Meet Kai, talk with her and one will soon realize that Dodah’s is a literal extension, an aspect of her being. “I called my order in. A french toast platter with fried eggs and turkey bacon. With a side of home fries with onions and green peppers.I have to start off by saying from the first bite of the home fries I knew that the food was going to be delicious. And it in fact was. The only thing I wouldn’t get next time is the turkey bacon.There was a bit of a wait in the store but that’s just because their food is so good.It’s definitely on the pricey side. My food came up to $20 which was shocking to me. Usually a French toast platter will be around $10 and home fries probably $4. Nonetheless at least the food was good.The service was great as well. The lady at the counter greeted everyone when they got to the front of the counter and everyone got a “thank you, thank you very much” after they received their order. It’s refreshing to see customer service being a priority.I wouldn’t go here too often because they a bit expensive. But I will surely return.“
