When I got my wisdom teeth removed, this place basically ensured that I ate a filling meal. Personally, this restaurant is my comfort spot and I look forward to always coming here. “Happy Dragon is our favorite Chinese food in the area. It took a number of different restaurants before we discovered it. My family from Florida (8 of us) ate there and EVERYONE loved it. Servings are large, prices are fair, and lower sodium. The item in my picture is a C6.“

Being alone with a well-behaved dog is challenging since most dog friendly places really don’t make it easy unless you have a second human to order and coordinate while you manage your dog. This place takes dog friendliness to a whole new level and the food, atmosphere, and service were top-notch.

I know my dog is the most adorable dog in the whole wide world, but every single person that worked there came to say hello and the moment I sat down, they brought a bucket of water for her. The oysters were fresh off the mud flats that I could see from my table, the beer was local, cold, and served quickly, and the avocado crab salad is hands-down one of The best salads I’ve had even though it was simple because everything was so fresh and delicious. “I come specifically to Old Orchard Beach every year just to eat at The Bell Buoy. They serve the best seafood and are very closely located to the pier and beach. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the lobster is a huge selling point. Friendly staff, great food, good service, and a mere walking distance from many of the other attractions. “We eat there on a Sunday night. There was a long line waiting at the one ordering window. After paying we found seats inside. They brought our food to the table. There were plenty of seats outside and a large parking lot. The food was good and some choices were expensive. Check out the website.“

“We've eaten at Rick's numerous times over the past 3 years and we've had delicious, fresh, haddock, scallops and clams every time!! The reason the atmosphere is a 5 star is because it's great to walk along the pier, grab food from Rick's, and then sit on the tables or benches along the center of the pier area. The fried food is cooked to perfection with a nice light colored batter suggesting they change their oil often. We recommend Rick's.“

Her name was Kiki and she fully engaged with us from the start with conversation, smiles, and a very good attitude. Now on to the food; My husband had lobster and I had baked scallops. Both of which were good & fresh. The seasonings could have been amped up, like for instance more butter on my scallop plate. But all in all a good location, meal & ambiance.“
