My daughter called from the tarmac in Boston where we were rerouted and refueled and explained the situation. The hostess, Susie, was very understanding and compassionate And said that even though our table was booked for another party a 7, we should come in and she would see what she could do. We got there late but Susie greeted us warmly and told us not to worry about being rushed that she had arranged things so no one would be inconvenienced. “This was a cute place to sit and chat! The inside space is small, and be warned- there are very few outlets, so this is not a great place to work or study. Other than that, the service was quick and baristas were friendly, and my dirty chai tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend stopping by to spend an hour or two to hang out.“

“I had a great experience at Buzz Coffee. I ordered a Hot Chai Tea Latte with Almond Milk, which was delicious! Their chai tea is one of the best in the area. They were more than happy to use my reusable cup. It is cozy and tucked away from the bustling streets of Portland’s Old Port and the cold weather outside. “My wife, kids, and I came into the coffee shop this morning shortly after opening for a black coffee and some hot chai tea. My oldest daughter asked the gentleman behind counter about the "Ungrinch" beverage and it's ingredients. The gentleman proceeded to give my daughter the beverage for free, despite our insistence that we pay. My kids were incredibly grateful and it absolutely made their day. It was very generous and kind of the gentleman and I hope he realized the joy it brought to my kids day.“

It is large, well-stocked, and most of all, the different food stations are amazing. Made to order items at the food stations are terrific and make for a nice meal. The hot bar is also excellent.
