“How could anybody complain when we’ve just been through a pandemic - We’ve been through a shutdown, many thousands of people have died, schools closed & kids had to learn from home (and then had hybrid learning), many businesses folded & people lost their jobs, the job market changed & people worked from home - Prices went up considerably which made it much harder for some people to get by & many could not make it - I feel that it is remarkable that The River Tap & Grill has done as well as any restaurant out there - Kudos to the owners, the staff & to all the others who have made this possible -“

“We just had out winter get together with our campground friends Saturday night. We had about 55 people. I met with the owner to make arrangements and make sure it would all work out a few weeks beforehand. Gianna was our waitress and she was amazing!! Top notch in fact!! The food was delicious. The drinks stayed full while we waited for the food. They apologized a few times about the wait as they said the kitchen had gotten backed up but none of us noticed. Great time was had by all!“

We went in with a large group and everyone's food came out hot at the same time. The wait staff were all super helpful and patient with a large group and kept the table cleared of dishes at every chance.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we were able to dine outside on a sunny afternoon. I had the 3-lobster dinner, my wife had the broiled clams and haddock. Super delicious ! “Excellent service by bartender in Gorham on Sunday evening. My friend was rude, unreasonable and embarrassing. The bartender provided excellent service throughout very stressful interaction with my friend who was way out of line and extra, all over mint and a Mojito. You deserve an award for your professionalism and kindness.“

“I come specifically to Old Orchard Beach every year just to eat at The Bell Buoy. They serve the best seafood and are very closely located to the pier and beach. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the lobster is a huge selling point. Friendly staff, great food, good service, and a mere walking distance from many of the other attractions. I cannot recommend this place enough, and hope it remains open forever.“

“Absolutely electric experience , the craft brews were positively smashing! My only concern were the general use wash rooms , the lights were far to dim to insert my Mens Liberty Pre Lubricated Catheter. Missed several times but had a michelob ultra to guide my hands , 4.6 stars“

“We went here on a Sunday evening and the beach was hopping so it was nice they have seat yourself and large group tables. The waitress was busy but attentive. They had a live band playing some really fun tunes. The food was, fine. I got the lobster roll with lemon aioli, and it was disappointing they barely put any of the aioli on it because it was delicious. My kids were happy with their food. Overall a great place to eat outside on the beach.“
