“We have lived in Scarborough for 2 years now and just had the opportunity to eat at Jojos Thai Kitchen. Ordering online was a breeze. Pickup was on time. The food was great. Our server Eric was awesome from start to finish. My husband ordered the pork schnitzel and absolutely loved it. I had the butternut squash linguine with prosciutto, roasted squash, arugula, and their homemade crostini bread… incredible. I even saved half so I could enjoy it again another day. Hubby tried two of their 5oz beers (Space Ghost and Santa’s Reinbeer) and enjoyed both. But the show-stealer? The apple crisp cheesecake. 🍎 Hubby took one bite and said, “This is so good it should be outlawed.” And honestly, he wasn’t wrong. It was ridiculous in the best way. “Ordered a build-your-own through the app and somehow ended up with a pizza that tasted like it was crafted by a benevolent fire spirit. The red sauce is perfect—right in that sweet spot between too sweet and too acidic, like it knows balance better than most people I’ve met. The crust? Crisp, sturdy, and showing minimal flop, which should honestly be their slogan.

Everything was fresh out of the oven, piping hot, and the toppings tasted like they had actual hopes and dreams. Pepperoni, garlic, jalapeños, mushrooms—each one pulling its weight like a tiny delicious union worker.

Staff was friendly and fast, even with it being a to-go mobile order. No drama, no chaos, just great pizza assembled at warp speed.

“We were needing a quick stop for lunch by the airport before flying home and chose this spot for pizza. We were delightfully surprised they had an Italian sandwich, not Maine style. The sandwich was delicious and that bread!! We also got the pulled pork with scallions pizza and added mushrooms and pepperoni- it was so good. The crust was thin with a perfect char. We couldn’t decide if the sandwich or pizza was better but all agreed if this place existed in Oklahoma, we’d be regulars.“

“Nice big place. Big bar. They have pool tables and dart boards here. Good place for big groups of people. Alot of tables. A couple of tv's and plenty of parking. The outside deck is nice with plenty of picnic tables and umbrellas. The food menu selection is huge. The food is pretty good. I feel like I'm always expecting more from the food. The chicken wings need to be cooked more.

It was a tad dark inside and the style left a little to be desired. I would be happy to go back if I am up this way again.“

“We had to give a shout out to the manager, Dylan who waited on us at Panera. We were on vacation in Maine and stopped at the Panera near the airport for food before our flight home to Florida. He was so friendly and told me I could choose a cookie, because I had a reward. Then he offered one to my husband which was so kind of him. “Cowbell Scarborough surpasses expectations every time I visit. The servers are friendly, attentive and polite. The food is 95% of the time correct, and if it’s not correct it is quickly resolved. Accountability is always appreciated and in this restaurant it’s certainly valued by the front of house. If you had a poor experience before, I’d recommend trying again!“

“What a great choice while looking for healthy eating options while traveling on the road.
Wonderful salad with the beef option was the perfect combination of flavors.
Could really taste the charred taste on the beef patty which was good. I finished the salad the next day. Which was still tasty.
