“I stopped in Blazes today, had been craving a burger, and they didn’t disappoint! The cowboy burger was delicious, burger cooked just right, the onions and peppers perfectly caramelized, the sauce, bacon, and cheese, exactly the fat you want in a good burger. The bun was perfect and gave the perfect bread to burger/toppings ratio. And the side of onion rings was great, good portion, nice and crispy, not burnt and not soggy. Highly recommend!“

“Our server was Sal and Sal was great. For clarity, we went on a week night with very few people in the restaurant - just before close, so wasn’t sure what to expect. We were a table of 6 with 6 different pizzas. Food was good and all of it came out at the same time. Sal had a nice balance of helpful but not overbearing.“

“YUMMMMM!!! It is hard to describe how much I loved this gelato. The employees were friendly and helpful, and so nice to offer samples when I had questions on the flavors (the samples were given with metal spoons… so nice not to use single use plastic for that). I ordered the large size cup and the portion was generous for the price. I had three different flavors in my cup and all of them had a nice amount of toppings mixed in… this is a nice way to have the gelato as many gelato shops only have the toppings laying on top so you don’t end up with many in your serving. I have visited Italy and have had many gelatos over the years, but this is hands down the best I have had! My favorite flavor was ‘A Big ‘Ole Peanut Butter Pint’... a week and a half later and I am still thinking about this flavor!! Also, we were with someone with a dog and there was no outdoor seating. We asked the employees if we could grab chairs from the restaurant and bring them outside and they had no problem letting us do that (it helped that we visited at a time where they weren’t too busy).“

“My husband and I had lunch here before an appointment nearby. This restaurant had delicious food. My husband ordered the Down east Ruben, which was made with deep fried haddock with Cole slaw piled high on the bun with melted cheese. He said it was delicious! I opted for the classic BLT. Again, the sandwich was delicious. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and ample bacon was piled on top. I watched a young man bus the tables. He was extremely thorough cleaning the tables and seating. He even washed the items on the table (salt & pepper shakers, ketchup and hot sauce bottles). This young man then set the tables for new customers. Being a bit of a clean freak, I appreciated this young man's work. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.“

Our preferred place to sit is at the bar where we know we will always get excellent service from our favorite server Sammy. “We have lived in Scarborough for 2 years now and just had the opportunity to eat at Jojos Thai Kitchen. Ordering online was a breeze. Pickup was on time. The food was great. “Our Garden Suite was awesome! Super comfortable and well appointed, awesome soaking tub, the nicest robes, great views and quick walk to the beach. Loved how dog friendly it is. Dog bowls, dog blanket, dog towel, ball, poopie bags and a giant biscuit greeted our pup. Dogs are even allowed in the tavern. Hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby at night. Chocolates in the room. Free use of the steam room and experience shower in the spa for guests. Staff is great! That’s just to name a few things that makes the Inn by the Sea great! We can’t wait to go back!“
