“Hazel was the name if our cashier and the person doing everything.

She was on the morning shift at the front counter alone when it seemed like a minimum of 2 people should be there. Even with having to do literally everything herself (take orders, payment, mix drinks, pick donuts, make sandwiches, etc.) She was moving fast and getting through the line faster than I had expected.

Dunking understaffed this place or poorly staffing this place is likely why it has bad reviews, but this worker was making up for it ten times over. These types of workers deserve so much more and I hope Dunkin compensates her FINANCIALLY for all her hard work.

“This review is for Katrina, she was working June 7, 2024. Absolutely crazy inside, 20+ cars through the driveway. But this girl remained positive with her coworkers and customers despite pulling 80% of the workload coming in. Give that girl a raise!“
