“We have lived in Scarborough for 2 years now and just had the opportunity to eat at Jojos Thai Kitchen. Ordering online was a breeze. Pickup was on time. The food was great. But the good news for you… is that you can tell me to go pound sand on the old Orchard beach and I’ll still come back because your pizza is that good. Otto… fogettaboutit.. Alex… nope. Ya’ll yes please. Get it together… raise your prices… raise your service. Let’s go. Just charge more (you are worth it). You get less traffic and make 20% more. Keep Raising prices until you have the traffic you like and the profit you want… your pizza hits the mark. Quit with the mediocre service. Have some company unwavering values and good character.“

“Went in today for the first time and food was amazing! Ordered a latte and the girl that took my order wasn’t the friendliest. I last minute decided I wanted a latte, and asked for it to be made with oatmilk she seemed annoyed and said it comes with oatmilk with an attitude. There is no info stating that the latte comes with oatmilk so not sure how I was supposed to know that. The guy who made my drink was extremely friendly and when my food order was ready the cooks were also super friendly! Great food and latte, will be back for sure!“

We had the BBQ for 2 with pinto beans, cashew queso with chips and collard greens (originally to get in a green veggie but wow, delicious!) Our server Eric was awesome from start to finish. My husband ordered the pork schnitzel and absolutely loved it. I had the butternut squash linguine with prosciutto, roasted squash, arugula, and their homemade crostini bread… incredible. I even saved half so I could enjoy it again another day. Hubby tried two of their 5oz beers (Space Ghost and Santa’s Reinbeer) and enjoyed both. But the show-stealer? The apple crisp cheesecake. 🍎 Hubby took one bite and said, “This is so good it should be outlawed.” And honestly, he wasn’t wrong. It was ridiculous in the best way. We left talking about how we’re glad we live two hours away, because we’d be here every day if we didn’t. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. “My wife and I recently got married in Scarborough Maine, and neither of us much like cake.... however, we both LOVE Ben and Jerry's, so what better way to celebrate than by having Ice Cream Cakes! We touched base with Tom a few months ago and worked on getting our cakes planned out for the wedding. We ended up getting 4 large sheet cakes (each a different flavor combo) and a medium Heart Cake as our 'cutting' cake. Though not as flamboyantly decorated as some wedding cakes (a look we weren't looking for anyway) the Green and Blue icing flowers looked great, and the extra flourishes, and decorative chocolate pieces on the heart cake looked spectacular. And most importantly they tasted AMAZING! Both the DJ and Photographer said they have never seen people literally run up to get pieces of wedding cake before. I can't recommend Tom and his shop highly enough for anyone looking for Ice Cream Cakes for their next celebration! They were also very reasonably priced.“

Everything was fresh out of the oven, piping hot, and the toppings tasted like they had actual hopes and dreams. Pepperoni, garlic, jalapeños, mushrooms—each one pulling its weight like a tiny delicious union worker.

“We were needing a quick stop for lunch by the airport before flying home and chose this spot for pizza. We were delightfully surprised they had an Italian sandwich, not Maine style. The sandwich was delicious and that bread!! We also got the pulled pork with scallions pizza and added mushrooms and pepperoni- it was so good. The crust was thin with a perfect char. We couldn’t decide if the sandwich or pizza was better but all agreed if this place existed in Oklahoma, we’d be regulars.“

“OMG the waitress was incredible! We had a beer flight and she was out of one beer so she gave us a pumpkin spice with sugar and cinnamon on the rim, it was delicious. I had the Maine sampler (lobster roll, clam chowder, fries and blueberry cobbler)and hubby had the fish and chips. Both were delicious and we enjoyed the view of the boats docked while we ate. It was a tad dark inside and the style left a little to be desired. I would be happy to go back if I am up this way again.“

“We went to Portland pie with the kids for a quick bite on Saturday night. The place was bumping with two rooms full of patrons! Even though they were short-staffed, the servers were kind and courteous and even the store manager was on the floor lending a hand. He personally came to the table and apologized for the wait, but it wasn't bad at all, in my opinion. We had the harvest salad and the specialty pizza which was really good!

“I was told by my brother who visits Kennebunkport often that we had to go to federal jacks for lunch. You have to walk down a small street and when you think you’re going up the steps to the front door that entrance is blocked and the signage wasn’t very clear, but we found stairs on the water side of the building which took us into the restaurant. We were seated right away and had a very nice waitress named Phoebe. I had a turkey BLT (very filling) with a side of macaroni and cheese and a cup of clam chowder (delicious.) My husband had the fish and chips which he said was very good. The day we were, there was very rainy and overcast, but the views from our seat were wonderful.“

“We had to give a shout out to the manager, Dylan who waited on us at Panera. We were on vacation in Maine and stopped at the Panera near the airport for food before our flight home to Florida. He was so friendly and told me I could choose a cookie, because I had a reward. Then he offered one to my husband which was so kind of him. He was the nicest Panera employee we have ever encountered and we have eaten at many locations, so this says a lot. Thanks Dylan for going over and beyond your job and being so kind to us.“

“Cowbell Scarborough surpasses expectations every time I visit. The servers are friendly, attentive and polite. The food is 95% of the time correct, and if it’s not correct it is quickly resolved. Accountability is always appreciated and in this restaurant it’s certainly valued by the front of house. If you had a poor experience before, I’d recommend trying again!“

Wonderful salad with the beef option was the perfect combination of flavors.
Could really taste the charred taste on the beef patty which was good. I finished the salad the next day. Which was still tasty.
