“As a born and raised Mainer we have been up and down the coast eating seafood all of our lives. This place is hands down one of the best. Seafood is plentiful as well as the best tasting. I consider myself a scallop conisor, l know a good fried scallop. This place is the best. And the fried clams are just as good. Take it from me you will not go hungry or disappointed.“

“My review is based off of the tamales just ordered. I grew up in Panama and it was one the best treats to get fresh tamales. It didn’t happen very often- but when it did, I loved them so much. And obviously in Maine- it’s almost impossible to find them- especially authentic. I was quite impressed with Sammy’s take on tamales. Of course- they are not the exact replica of what I had- but they are very impressive. And it’s A LOT of work to make them. It’s not Taco Bell. These are real tamales and I truly hope they don’t go away. Thanks so much for adding these into the Midcoast menu taking the time. Truly delicious. 🇵🇦“

I had the Traditional Maine Lobster Stew which was one of the Best I have ever had. I also had Baked Stuffed Haddock which was Very Delicious. The Haddock was so Fresh! The Decor and Setting was Awesome! The Staff were Exceptional and service was fast and on point🙂 I also ordered the House made Traditional Baklava to go which is some of the Best I have ever had. Truly a 5 star place to Visit.“

“A clean and kind-staffed restaurant with good food, but the food is very slow coming out. With little kids, it was tough to wait an hour+ for food. We went two different times and as early as 4 pm, but staffing seemed low for the amount of people. The food was delicious, just a long wait for families.
