“Always love coming to the Frank St location! The coffee special can usually be made as a matcha, which is how I ended up with an amazing iced baklava matcha latte (that I went back for a second one of that week!) If you can catch any of the events going on they are well worth going to. The space is beautiful to hang out in with board games and a photo booth, and staff is always polite. Highly recommend coming in when you have the chance.“

“Found this gem on Happy Cow! Cute modern industrial like coffee shop with good selection of create plant based option foods. Several items on the menu can be made plant based and they have plant based sausages & impossible meat. We had the zucchini sandwich and the no worries bagel, side of crunchy flavored fries & rosemary potato’s. It was all hearty & delicious. Plant based milks for coffee drinks! The staff was super friendly. They lose a star for the typical, “remove items to make it plant based then upcharge for plant based replacement” -⭐️ Otherwise, a great place anytime! “We stopped in for brunch on a busy Sunday morning, and Darby was our server—hands down the highlight of the visit.
The place was packed, but she handled our table (party of 4) like a pro: greeted us right away with a genuine smile, took our drink orders quickly, and brought refills without us even asking. She knew the menu inside out—when I was torn between the eggs Benedict and the avocado toast, she gave honest recommendations based on what she’d seen people love that day, and she nailed it. My Benedict came out perfectly poached, hollandaise spot-on, and the avocado toast had just the right amount of everything.
She checked in at good intervals—never hovering, but always there when we needed something (extra hot sauce, a to-go box, splitting the check smoothly). Super attentive to details too: one of us mentioned being gluten-sensitive, and she double-checked with the kitchen to make sure everything was safe. The whole experience felt effortless and welcoming, like she actually cared that we had a great time.
Food was solid all around—generous portions,But honestly, Darby’s service elevated the whole meal. We’ve been to a lot of brunch spots, and it’s rare to get that level of friendly, efficient care without it feeling rushed or fake.
If you’re heading there, ask for Darby if you can—she’s great. We’ll definitely be back because of her. Highly recommend“

“I was on the hunt for a coffee shop that a) makes great coffee and b) doesn't have music playing! Why does everywhere feel the need to play music? Water Street Coffee - friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The shop itself was small, nicely set up, and best of all - no music. I came, expecting to take my coffee to go, and instead sat and lingered and then had a breakfast sandwich.“
