His attentive service truly made the visit stand out. The atmosphere is inviting and well-suited for both small gatherings and larger groups, offering a comfortable space to relax or connect. Another big plus is the ample parking available, making it convenient for everyone. Overall, Mahala Coffee is a place I highly recommend—for the quality, the environment, and especially the outstanding service from Batsi.“
“Went in to see a show. It was the middle of the day and the place was not busy. It was eazy getting our tickets at the concession stand. The concession prices are crazy. The theater was nice. It was clean, the seats worked and lots of leg room. Its been years since we have gone to a movie, it was pleasant.“

“I have been to Fruition a few times over the years and this is my go to place for Acai bowls in Grand Rapids. They have high quality ingredients and a variety to choose from. The location is always well maintained. I would highly recommend checking out Fruition and I definitely will be back whenever I visit GR.“

“We enjoy the quality and preparation of the food. Today we enjoyed a classic Reuben and an Irish Benedict. Both yummy! The restaurant was almost empty at lunchtime. We were so surprised and talked with two of the waitresses. I hope business picks up soon for you all!“

“While the service and atmosphere are great. The food was meh, especially for the price. Honestly I expected high quality and high prices from Meijer Gardens, like most venues. Sadly they only delivered on the high prices.
-oversalted pretzel with cold flavorless cheese.
-small double cheeseburger with no sides. I had to ask about fries since at this price most places offer fries or chips. (The burger was good, just not $12 good).
-soup without any bread.
Though the Hawaiian mochi was well balanced and delicious.“

“Incredible fun for our 3 year-old. Sooooo many different toys. Tasty espresso drinks (and I'm picky). Priced well. Owner is an angel - I thought I'd have to yank my little man out during a really bad tantrum, and she was able to take him aside and calm him.“

“Super place to eat. One of my favorite places to meet friends for chatting. They even have some fancy coffees. There are so many sandwiches, soups, and salads - including 'clean' eating choices. Some things on the menu change but most is consistent so you are assured of finding something you love, even if you are a picky eater.“

“I came in today and got a window seat to enjoy a cup of coffee. This location is so noisy, and the speaker right above me was blaring music at about 74 decibels. I don't think the employees in the back are aware of how loud the sound is when you are sitting underneath the speakers. I am having to leave because the volume was a serious annoyance. I asked twice for them to turn it down, and it's still just as loud: 74 decibels. Hearing loss starts at 75 decibels. Since the pandemic all restaurant have been playing music way too loud. 55-60 decibels is plenty loud enough for background music. Background music should be exactly that, background.“

“Yesterday, around lunch time- I went to this particular Bigbys for the very first time, but it definitely will not be my last time coming here. I honestly cannot believe how kind the two girls working the drive through were to me. Customer service is a virtue these days and the two young ladies working were amazing and kind. My parents own a business nearby and I shared with them how kind your staff were to me and I think that we all agreed that we will be visiting Cascade Bigbys much more often after yesterday. 5 ⭐️s!“
“We went through the drive through this morning and received the best customer service - we had asked for a Biggby point card after we had already paid for our drinks. The barista was unsure if she could still point them, which we didn’t mind - but another employee overheard and came over to show her how we could still receive the points after payment! It was so kind when they could have just let us drive off. small gestures like that are why we love this location!“

“I am a loyal Biggby customer and only get my coffee at Biggby these days. This is my favorite Biggby in the Grand Rapids area! I go here about 4 to 5 times a week. On my way to work and sometimes even take the 20 minute drive on my days off (even though I have a BIGGBY around the corner from my house) Their service is always on point, they always make my drink right and they are so freaking fast! Their speed never changes the quality of my drink, and they are the nicest staff I have ever met! I think I have been served by just about everybody there now… And there is not a single bad apple in that crowd! This whole location deserves a raise!!!“

“Clean, nice, well kept little place that I go to every once in awhile to get coffee & a cinnamon roll with my daughter. Its so soft & perfectly frosted! Coffee is good & different options for drinks available too. Pastries, and what not are offered here. I will return again just for the friendly service alone. I will post a Pic next time to show all the goodies they have! Give this place a try of your in the area. Reasonably priced also so thats always a plus!. Ty“
