“Our favorite coffee place when we're running errands around 28th St. I'm not a coffee drinker, but they make a wonderful London Fog, with a Lavender option, at that. Much better than I've gotten at any other chain or local shops. My husband enjoys their coffee options, especially the mochas and their house blend. “I have been to Fruition a few times over the years and this is my go to place for Acai bowls in Grand Rapids. They have high quality ingredients and a variety to choose from. The location is always well maintained. I would highly recommend checking out Fruition and I definitely will be back whenever I visit GR.“

“I love the revamp they've done. They got the new comfy seats that are HEATED! Which is amazing for people like me who don't produce their own body heat. The new aesthetic and decor feels kinda retro in a fun way. Makes me want to go see movies more often. Now I just need Hollywood to stop making sequels so I have something to go see. “Very good cafe for lunch on the ground of the Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park. Had an excellent Reuben and my wife enjoyed her salad. Reasonable prices for the quality of food that was received. Also decor was light and airy and all the windows filled the space with natural light.“

“Super place to eat. One of my favorite places to meet friends for chatting. They even have some fancy coffees. There are so many sandwiches, soups, and salads - including 'clean' eating choices. Some things on the menu change but most is consistent so you are assured of finding something you love, even if you are a picky eater.“

“I came in today and got a window seat to enjoy a cup of coffee. This location is so noisy, and the speaker right above me was blaring music at about 74 decibels. I don't think the employees in the back are aware of how loud the sound is when you are sitting underneath the speakers. I am having to leave because the volume was a serious annoyance. I asked twice for them to turn it down, and it's still just as loud: 74 decibels. Hearing loss starts at 75 decibels. Since the pandemic all restaurant have been playing music way too loud. 55-60 decibels is plenty loud enough for background music. Background music should be exactly that, background.“

“Yesterday, around lunch time- I went to this particular Bigbys for the very first time, but it definitely will not be my last time coming here. I honestly cannot believe how kind the two girls working the drive through were to me. Customer service is a virtue these days and the two young ladies working were amazing and kind. My parents own a business nearby and I shared with them how kind your staff were to me and I think that we all agreed that we will be visiting Cascade Bigbys much more often after yesterday. 5 ⭐️s!“

“We went through the drive through this morning and received the best customer service - we had asked for a Biggby point card after we had already paid for our drinks. The barista was unsure if she could still point them, which we didn’t mind - but another employee overheard and came over to show her how we could still receive the points after payment! It was so kind when they could have just let us drive off. small gestures like that are why we love this location!“

“I am a loyal Biggby customer and only get my coffee at Biggby these days. This is my favorite Biggby in the Grand Rapids area! I go here about 4 to 5 times a week. On my way to work and sometimes even take the 20 minute drive on my days off (even though I have a BIGGBY around the corner from my house) Their service is always on point, they always make my drink right and they are so freaking fast! Their speed never changes the quality of my drink, and they are the nicest staff I have ever met! I think I have been served by just about everybody there now… And there is not a single bad apple in that crowd! This whole location deserves a raise!!!“

“Clean, nice, well kept little place that I go to every once in awhile to get coffee & a cinnamon roll with my daughter. Its so soft & perfectly frosted! Coffee is good & different options for drinks available too. Pastries, and what not are offered here. I will return again just for the friendly service alone. “Believe it or not I had never been to a Tim Horton’s before. I was visiting from NE and had heard how great the coffee was so we stopped in for breakfast. Everything was great. The service was fast and the apple fritter was delicious. But I especially appreciated the friendly service we received from the young man working the cash register. I am pretty sure his name was James. What an asset to your organization.“
