“It is always a joy to visit Boardwalk subs on plainfield ave in Grand Rapids, MI the staff on duty especially: Tammy, Matt, Marissa, and Natashia all know us by name and what kind of sub we like. They are so friendly and happy to see us each time we visit. They work so well as a team each helping each other out. The subs are extraordinary good, only one of the reasons we keep going back. I will continue going to boardwalk subs always.“

“Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

“One of the best sandwiches you'll find in the city. Meat that isn't sliced until it goes on your sandwich, fine chopped pickles and black olives, and the Herb De Provence Mayo all take your sammy to the next level. Rogue Style is awesome, but the bread is sooo tasty, feel free to get it untoasted too. They also have some delicious rotating soups that you can combo with your sub. Oh...and if you need a bucket....some locations let you buy them for a dollar! Don't walk....run and get you some!“

Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“Me and my buddy were munching on a Thursday afternoon, originally planning on hitting Canes… but the line was looking like a Travis Scott concert, so we dipped. Chick-fil-A welcomed us like long-lost family. I swear the second we walked in, I felt peace, purpose, and God’s favor in that lobby.

We ordered our food, and then LISA pulled up like an absolute legend. Friendly? Bro… friendLY doesn’t even describe it. She was the definition of hospitality. She brought our food out with the biggest smile, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated us like VIPs. I genuinely felt loved. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to frame her picture somewhere.

And the food? Magnificent. Like angels were back there cooking. That first bite had me questioning every life decision I’ve ever made that didn’t involve Chick-fil-A.

“Stopped by Zoup for a quick dinner at 5pm. The inside was clean and I was greeted as I entered the door, which I always appreciate. A young man took my order and brought my food to me at my table, which is great service.

I got the loaded baked potato, which was very good. Though it seemed like some of the potato had started to melt and made it a little ticker than I would like, but not enough to spoil it.

Overall, decent food, good service and not terribly expensive. Always good for a quick lunch or dinner!“

I am beyond grateful to my employer for giving us the opportunity to experience Potbelly at no cost to their employees. All the food in its entirety was amazing. “Super place to eat. One of my favorite places to meet friends for chatting. They even have some fancy coffees. There are so many sandwiches, soups, and salads - including 'clean' eating choices. Some things on the menu change but most is consistent so you are assured of finding something you love, even if you are a picky eater.“

“I came in today and got a window seat to enjoy a cup of coffee. This location is so noisy, and the speaker right above me was blaring music at about 74 decibels. I don't think the employees in the back are aware of how loud the sound is when you are sitting underneath the speakers. I am having to leave because the volume was a serious annoyance. I asked twice for them to turn it down, and it's still just as loud: 74 decibels. Hearing loss starts at 75 decibels. Since the pandemic all restaurant have been playing music way too loud. 55-60 decibels is plenty loud enough for background music. Background music should be exactly that, background.“
