“I love this place, the sandwiches are amazing! However I wish they would wait until closing time to close. I drove 20 minutes to get there, managed to get there 15 minutes before they closed, and they already had locked the doors. Very disappointing.“

“It is always a joy to visit Boardwalk subs on plainfield ave in Grand Rapids, MI the staff on duty especially: Tammy, Matt, Marissa, and Natashia all know us by name and what kind of sub we like. They are so friendly and happy to see us each time we visit. They work so well as a team each helping each other out. The subs are extraordinary good, only one of the reasons we keep going back. “A friend treated me to Molly’s, and I was so impressed! I ordered the Caesar chicken wrap, and it was incredible. They toasted the outside of the wrap with Caesar dressing, which added so much flavor and made it extra delicious. Everything tasted fresh, and the wrap was perfectly prepared. It was such a great first experience, and I’m already looking forward to going back and trying more from the menu!“

“I’ll give them 5 stars because they have the best tuna fish and I don’t like to hurt anyone’s business but I ordered a double meat Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak and wanted provolone instead of American white cheese. I could barely tell there was any cheese on it and was the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had there, very dry. Maybe I ordered it wrong and if so I apologize.“

I would’ve gave service a 5 ⭐️ as well but I decided a 4 because I got the meal of the day special and I didn’t want the drink, so I asked if I could just get a extra cookie or two in place of the medium drink and, with a nice soft voice, the cashier said “no, we can’t. I don’t know, no manager there to ask and the other female staff are not management but she thinks they can’t it will effect inventory!?” 😧How, I’m thinking because you’ll have a free medium cup, I’m pretty sure there is no strict count on cookies that staff is baking themselves. But it is what it is, so I just took the cup. “I stopped by Subway today for lunch, and I was genuinely impressed! The restaurant was spotless, and the staff greeted me with smiles the moment I walked in. My sandwich artist took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it — fresh veggies, perfectly toasted bread, and the right amount of sauce.

You could tell all the ingredients were fresh; the tomatoes were crisp, the lettuce was bright, and the bread smelled amazing. I tried the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on Italian Herb & Cheese, and it was absolutely delicious — warm, flavorful, and satisfying.

The service was quick even during the lunch rush, and the employees seemed to take real pride in their work. The dining area was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me want to stay a little longer.

Slowest Jimmy John’s around! Consistently takes 30+ minutes for any online order. Walk ins will get served and made while I’m waiting for an online order placed 20 mins ago. (And the app says it’s ready) No one asks what I’m waiting for or anything.“

“Went out for a bite solo, the energy in the building was great. Walked in, was greeted instantly. The team working this shift was communicating on all orders and mine was up before I knew it. Always getting the same thing. Italian sub, of course. This time I tried the chilli with it. It was.. GREAT. Over all extremely good place, amazing subs for a great price.

“My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! “Price vs serving size wasn't the best for the picklewich sandwich, basically a large pickle with meat and cheese but its exactly what you would expect. The employees were very helpful, friendly and professional. Table could use a cleaning more often, not to big of a deal since its a sandwich in a wrapper! Overall satisfied.
