“The cashier was completely rude to us for no reason upon checking out. We placed our loose items and small items on the belt. Everything else was single layer in the cart with the bar codes facing up for her convenience. But, after she scanned the cart full of items before us, she snapped at my husband. demanding everything be on the belt. This attitude was unprovoked, and not appreciated. And in the end created more work for not only us but herself while costing customers. I am not paying to deal with hostile employees. There are other warehouse stores like Costco & BJ's that would love and probably even appreciate our business.“

“I came to Umai Café in Troy for my birthday because I really wanted to try their soufflé pancakes — and they did not disappoint! They were light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the sando, which was just as good — flavorful and satisfying.

The café itself has such a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were very kind. The only small hiccup was that the posted hours said they open at 11:30, but they didn’t open until 12:00, so keep that in mind if you’re planning an early visit.

Overall, it was a wonderful birthday treat, and I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!“

“I absolutely love this bakery! We drive about an hour for it and it never disappoints. Get there early because the best stuff goes fast. There is also a little extra parking on the street if you find the lot full (which it often is). My favorite thing is the pistachio croissants, but if you are looking for savory, I also recommend the pastries with mozzerella, basil, and sun-dried tomato.“

“The folks at Abeantogo are always so welcoming and their coffee is delicious. It is a frequent spot for meetings with clients and colleagues and offers a great atmosphere for a casual conversation and wonderful coffee.“

“Visiting for the holidays and needed somewhere to work with some fuel. Came Xmas eve and day after. Both times there was solid friendly service. Small but there is planting seating. Usually have a dark roast but that wasn’t an option. I would stop again when visiting.“

“Love this place. Girls are always very attractive, friendly, and their smiles and pleasant conversation always make my day when I visit. It is always nice to watch them make my coffee. The coffee menu has good choices. The Waterford location is my closest location so it is always clean and the drive thru is spacious. One suggestion though, maybe invest in a new sign out front, the current plastic could use a good cleaning or replacement.“

“Been here a few times already but I love coming back with new people to try it. We got the classic cotton cake and the ube cotton cake. The ube is my favorite and the flavor blows me away every time. The cotton cakes are so light and fluffy. We got a cotton candy frappe and a cookies and cream frappe to go with the cotton cakes and those were a bit disappointing. They weren't really blended well and tasted like a melted vanilla ice cream with a hint of the flavor. Not frozen at all. They looked pretty though.
Side note to mention that the bathroom door button lock had fallen off and the employee helped me find it and put it back on but they are aware it needs to be fixed.
I plan on continuing to come back to this place as the cotton cakes never disappoint“

“I am obsessed with this place and they’re going to make me fat Lol. The food especially the loaded berry French toast and cinnamon roll pancakes 10000000/10. Heavenly. Most places don’t add a lot of flavor. Only downside is add more cinnamon pls. BUT best breakfast place in the area. Very good food, very good service. Love love love. Will keep coming here if it stays consistent. I definitely recommend. I brought my sister here once. My friend here once. My husband here once. I want to make sure everyone I know tries it because WOW.“

“This review is for the Royal Oak Roast only. The road is full of as*holes , the world going to sh*t more and more. The people in charge care not at all and we are on a very possible path to doom. Why not stop in at Royal Oak Roast? It’s a comfy place with great people watching. The coffee is wonderful and refills are a dollar. So many different coffee choices in all styles, including espresso over over Weiss vanilla ice cream!!! The kitchen, yes I said kitchen has scrumptious food that is presented beautifully with the seasonal selections. All this sound good? Well that’s not even the best part. It’s the staff. “Had not been here for a salad in a long time. Their Chef Salad was just as good or better than I remembered. Lots of fresh tasty vegetables, meats cheese. Freshly baked Pita Bread and Salad Dressing was just right! Waitress was wonderful! Very helpful. Happy with the price and prompt service. Highly recommend!! “Love Wanna Shake! I didn’t want anything too sweet, so after a workout, I decided to try the PB Cup Light shake. It was delicious! I was never into shakes until now. I’m obsessed and every time I order it, it tastes just as good. The place is super clean, and it’s inside a gym.“

“It’s pretty expensive but it’s for the convenience and the organic ingredients that you pay for. If you want mass produced products with high sugars and additives drive down Rochester road and find 10 every few miles.I will say my only gripe is that for the smoothies: I don’t like protein in them so when I see a $9.99 price it makes sense WITH protein for a smoothie - whenever I remove the protein I wish it would go down to at least $6.99 or $7.99.Their meals to go are usually what I buy most of. Super convenient.“

“The food is decent for an office cafe. My fries were a bit cold, but the taste was decent. The staff seem to be abundant and helpful. There are plenty of tables. There are lots of food options as well. I like that you can order online, but you'll need to approach the counter for online orders. They don't call them out like all the rest of the orders.“

“First Watch I always love, and especially the Salmon Frittata. But this time I had a cressaunt Egg Mc Muffin. Soooo good. Hot coffee and this delicious little drink with Tumeric, yum.
The service left a lot to be desired. Good but slow. Slow to get noticed, slow to get my coffee at the beginning. It seems all the servers were hiding in the kitchen. The chefs should be given a pat on the back for the food. It's delicious. I will come back and check on the service.“

“My experience at A-OK Cafe was very pleasant. Firstly, the atmosphere is extremely beautiful. I love the dark vibe and the color scheme they have going on. It is a little small, but that is not too big of an issue. The service was great and the employees are always professional. I have been here 3-4 times, so you can see the different drinks I have pictured below. The first drink that I have pictured is one of their pistachio lattes, which was okay, but their pistachio did have a strong almond extract flavor. That is something I am not the biggest fan of. The last drink I have pictured is their banana pudding matcha latte, which I preferred over the pistachio latte. The flavors were there, but at other cafes, there is banana pudding with fresh bananas placed on top of the drink. I believe the bananas placed on top were frozen or just very cold. Regardless, the flavors were great, but I personally have had better banana pudding matchas at other cafes.“

“This place deserves 10 stars if there was an option. It’s located right inside of the PNC Tower in Troy, so it’s main customer base is people who work inside of the building. Even if you don’t work in the building, I highly recommend still coming here to eat.

I’ve been going here for 4 straight years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the food, cleanliness, and customer service. Dolita, the owner, is incredible. She gets to know you well and will remember your orders and make sure they are spot on, every time.

“I love the Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, and that's why I come to Panera.
So today, I did the Pick Two option, and in addition to my half of a Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, I added a bowl of Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup. It was also nice that when I asked for water, she provided me with a cup, free of charge, to fill at the drinking station.
Everything was as expected, and I will be back in the future.“

They even went ahead and wrote down my order next to the cashier because I always get the same thing. On rough days, stopping in for just a few minutes at this location gives me a lift. Nice wine offerings and mimosas. Popovers came out fresh from the oven served with their strawberry butter- yummy!“

“Came to town to celebrate my cousin's upcoming wedding and I stopped here with her for some cocktails. The atmosphere was perfect, we used the outdoor seating area and enjoyed hanging out for a few hours. Drinks were super good, all the staff was friendly, and our server, Nick, was super fun and we enjoyed chatting with him! Thank you, Saint 1881 and staff. We had an amazing time :)“
