“The food was good however it was just one guy working the line, he did a great job but there was a line of at least 8 people. The other worker was in the back. I know prep has to be done too but customers come first. He did exceptional work and provided great customer service. I wish I could have helped, I used to work in a subway so I know how it is but good job to that guy he did great.“

“It's a McDonald's. But the workers here are very very nice and sweet!!! Seriously, I've never had a bad experience ordering here. One time I was having issues with the mobile app, and the staff were very helpful and patient. I have to drive from Midland to SVSU for classes and have started going to this location instead of others along the way because the service here is so much better and smoother.“

“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“

“Haven't had Long John Silver in years! The grilled shrimp bowl was SO good! Delicate shrimps with just enough spice to make my nose run. The rice also had chopped cabbage which have it a nice crunch. My husband enjoyed food of his childhood- fried fish, hushpuppies, fried clams etc. Will definitely be back! Restaurant was very clean and friendly.“

“At first I wasn’t sure what to eat and one of the workers a nice man with pink hair started saying some of there deals they had and I got my food while I was waiting I noticed another working angel making sure all the food was fresh and it tasted very good. Overall amazing experience I made sure to ring the bell of excellence on my way out“

“We ordered the 5 buck Rally bag that included chicken bites, a choice of burger, fries, and drink. Fries were hot, burgers were decent, a little dry on the chicken bites. Very good value for everything you receive.

Parking: Only about 7 to 10 parking spots“

“This place is the nicest Taco Bell. The burritos are full and not just tortillas like the other Taco Bells around. And it's close to Menards! I can get the hardware I need and decent food to keep me going. Oh and the people there are always super nice to me. Thank you 😀“

“Was here on a late night after spending time on the lake, and the service and food was wonderful. Had a craving for some coffee and to try the pumpkin cream pie. Mr. Thomas made sure to let me know there was a wait for the pie, which was nice of him. I also watched him run out an ice cream cone to another customer who forgot it before they left. “We agreed to sit in the line for however long it took on one of the first few days it was open. The line stretched all the way out on Tittabawassee. But to our suprise we didnt sit for as long as we anticipated. Just under 45mins from the street.
The line was moving pretty orderly and quick. The crew was on top of their game. Our order was taken, confirmed further ahead and the food we recieved was made fresh. EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!! For just opening, you all did a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!! 👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽“

“Their slogan, “A Sub Above,” certainly describes Jersey Mikes! My ‘go to’ is the #13 Original Italian on Parmesan Rosemary bread, Mikes Way! The ingredients are always fresh, and ample. The Big Kahuna is another must try. If I want a sub this is the only place I will go. Service is great, management is amazing, and we are very pleased to have you in Midland! “Just left this subway and there was only one lady working there. There was already a couple in line, then two of use and 2 other couples behind us. It was definitely a 2 person job to handle all the food that was being ordered but she did it, with a smile on her face, running through her scripted upsale pitch to each of us and made our subs as quickly and accurately as she could. This lady did amazing. It was great service and the food was delicious. I wish I had caught her name. This was July 20th at 9pm.“

“A great place with great food, a calming atmosphere, and Wonderful staff. When I was caught in a bad storm with my bike, the manager and staff helped me bring in my bike from the storm and even offered me a free drink to help me calm down. 10/10 would recommend and go again.“
