“The food was good however it was just one guy working the line, he did a great job but there was a line of at least 8 people. The other worker was in the back. I know prep has to be done too but customers come first. He did exceptional work and provided great customer service. I wish I could have helped, I used to work in a subway so I know how it is but good job to that guy he did great.“

“It's a McDonald's. But the workers here are very very nice and sweet!!! Seriously, I've never had a bad experience ordering here. One time I was having issues with the mobile app, and the staff were very helpful and patient. I have to drive from Midland to SVSU for classes and have started going to this location instead of others along the way because the service here is so much better and smoother.“

“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“

“I'm one of the rare few that don't eat seafood but absolutely love LJS chicken and sides. I was pretty disappointed that the chicken pieces are less than half the size they use to be with the prices being twice as much which the cost I expect to increase due to inflation but the quality shouldn't lower. My 12$ meal did not come with a drink and there was no crunchies!
However, I love their new waffle fries and my service was beyond excellent. The staff was friendly and fun to joke with and very accommodating to my demands for a bucket ton of tarter sauce. 🤣“

“Got new ordering kiosks but will still take your order. Drive thru is a nice feature to get your seafood without leaving your car. Friendly staff that always seem to be cheerful which can be hard in fast food. For what it is, it's good.“

“At first I wasn’t sure what to eat and one of the workers a nice man with pink hair started saying some of there deals they had and I got my food while I was waiting I noticed another working angel making sure all the food was fresh and it tasted very good. “This is the hands down best Taco Bell I've ever experienced!! Courtney, Seth, and Tiana just gave me service I've never experienced at chain restaurant ever!!! Not only were they prompt and professional, but all 3 of them made sure my order was perfect which was the most delicious food I have had in 40yrs of going to Taco Bell and I was the last customer of the night!! “Well.. there is one elderly lady that I seem to always get when I order. She tries so hard to work the register. She has difficulty with the app code. Every time. But she is so nice. She tries so hard. That I was not annoyed and neither was anyone else. She wants to work. I bet you she's there everyday. Isn't she? Kudos to her. It was a good experience. No irritation on the part of her coworkers either. I bet she gets along with everyone.

“came into taco bell today with a group of friends. we all had separate orders, but the person working at the front was very friendly and helpful. when we sat down, i realized i ordered the wrong drink and mentioned it to my friends lightheartedly. since it was my fault, i hadn't brought it up to any of the employees, but i think the person who was cleaning the dining room heard me because he brought an extra cup to our table. i'm not the type to write reviews but i really appreciated the employees at this location, thank you so much! :)“

This particular subway has a very unique ording kiosk looks like a huge cell phone at the drive through and you can touch screen everything you want if you need help the person can guide you if you're a noodle 🧠 lol 😆 joking I never needed help“
