Wheelchair accessibility: The main dining room was accessible but the women's handicapped accessible stall was out of order. Hopefully this was a short term situation.“

“It's a McDonald's. But the workers here are very very nice and sweet!!! Seriously, I've never had a bad experience ordering here. One time I was having issues with the mobile app, and the staff were very helpful and patient. I have to drive from Midland to SVSU for classes and have started going to this location instead of others along the way because the service here is so much better and smoother.“

“The food was good however it was just one guy working the line, he did a great job but there was a line of at least 8 people. The other worker was in the back. I know prep has to be done too but customers come first. He did exceptional work and provided great customer service. I wish I could have helped, I used to work in a subway so I know how it is but good job to that guy he did great.“

“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“

“Haven't had Long John Silver in years! The grilled shrimp bowl was SO good! Delicate shrimps with just enough spice to make my nose run. The rice also had chopped cabbage which have it a nice crunch. My husband enjoyed food of his childhood- fried fish, hushpuppies, fried clams etc. Will definitely be back! Restaurant was very clean and friendly.“

“We ordered the 5 buck Rally bag that included chicken bites, a choice of burger, fries, and drink. Fries were hot, burgers were decent, a little dry on the chicken bites. Very good value for everything you receive.

“This place is the nicest Taco Bell. The burritos are full and not just tortillas like the other Taco Bells around. And it's close to Menards! I can get the hardware I need and decent food to keep me going. Oh and the people there are always super nice to me. Thank you 😀“

“Always good food from here, but we went and they gave us the wrong sandwich and I tried calling, no one answered. I know it's a new restaurant with new staff and things are bound to happen but I was a bit bummed I couldn't get a hold of anyone. we will definitely still be back because the food was still good, a little cold from waiting in line but still good. friendly staff too which is always a plus.“

“Well.. there is one elderly lady that I seem to always get when I order. She tries so hard to work the register. She has difficulty with the app code. Every time. But she is so nice. She tries so hard. That I was not annoyed and neither was anyone else. She wants to work. I bet you she's there everyday. Isn't she? Kudos to her. It was a good experience. No irritation on the part of her coworkers either. I bet she gets along with everyone.

“Their slogan, “A Sub Above,” certainly describes Jersey Mikes! My ‘go to’ is the #13 Original Italian on Parmesan Rosemary bread, Mikes Way! The ingredients are always fresh, and ample. The Big Kahuna is another must try. If I want a sub this is the only place I will go. Service is great, management is amazing, and we are very pleased to have you in Midland! “Friendly atmosphere!“

“Just left this subway and there was only one lady working there. There was already a couple in line, then two of use and 2 other couples behind us. It was definitely a 2 person job to handle all the food that was being ordered but she did it, with a smile on her face, running through her scripted upsale pitch to each of us and made our subs as quickly and accurately as she could. This lady did amazing. It was great service and the food was delicious. I wish I had caught her name. This was July 20th at 9pm.“

“A great place with great food, a calming atmosphere, and Wonderful staff. When I was caught in a bad storm with my bike, the manager and staff helped me bring in my bike from the storm and even offered me a free drink to help me calm down. 10/10 would recommend and go again.“
