It came exactly how I asked—just the meat, no bun, no condiments, and they didn’t try to get fancy by throwing in lettuce like some other places do. Simple and done right. After a long shift, it was a quick, satisfying meal at a great price, and honestly, it was very tasty.“

“First time visiting this White Castle. In fact First time at a white castle in over 20 years. I havent seen a White Castle in the state I currently live in so I was excited. Service was great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable however it was extremely slow paced getting the orders out. My biggest issue was my food. I requested onions on my two fish and two chicken and none had onions. After waiting 15 minutes or more I would have hoped my food would have been correct. I'm not sure I'll visit a white castle anytime soon if I run into one again.“

“This is a stellar dq in relatively to the small size. The spot its at is sometimes difficult to find parking especially when it bleeds into the street. Now for the service it is fantastic for how small it is. Pretty quick even tho there's a line into the road. Obviously it's dq you know what you're getting. Some dam good soft serve.

Parking: You may have to park on the side if it gets too busy. With the drive thru line some parking spots you can't get out of.“

“Our doordash glitched and messed up our order. It was the last of our money until morning and we were starving. Thena was working drive thru and she was so helpful and kind. She fixed the order so we could eat. These are the kind of people you need to hold on to. Give her a bonus or a raise because normally the customer service is lacking but hers was fantastic.“

In app I had modified my sandwich and could see the modifications on my end but they didn't print on the receipt. I called the store to explain and Antonio helped me out. They were able to get me my sandwich with the modifications and I was super happy!“

The cashier was five star the manager and the other guy the place was pretty busy and the drive-through was pretty busy. They were all smiling having a good time. My food was perfect.
