“Got a coupon for Middle Eats so came to check it out. It was pretty busy in the middle of the afternoon, so I figured people must really like this place. Guy on register was very accommodating to our requests and did not rush us at all without holding anyone up. The man who gave us our food served us with a beautiful smile.

I was absolutely shocked at the amount of food I received. The shawarma bowl is HUGE! Not just a great portion, either. Its great quality! So delicious! All the flavors are present but not overpowering. I will be having this for lunch and dinner!“

“At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. Everything was great, fresh and evidently made with skill and love. My fave veg was the pickled cabbage. The grape leaves stuffing wasn't my the best ever, but the leaves themselves certainly were. The texture and size were amazing. My husband really liked the sauce they put on the grape leaves, for him, these were the best tasting he's had. Plenty of pita bread to scoop up the hommus. Right temperatures for all the food. A family owns, cooks and staffs the place and they made us feel welcomed and treated us royally. “I've always loved this restaurant the food is amazing it's one of my few safe foods with crohn's disease, even with raw cucumbers and other things on there I typically shouldn't eat it doesn't screw up my stomach

Today I was in Troy an hour away from home realized I forgot my debit card, my sugar was dropping so I started calling restaurants to see if anyone could use the QR code on my cash app because my tap pay was unable to work which would mean 3 hours before I could eat an hour of which would be driving.

The gentleman on the phone without hesitation very happily told me come in let's take care of you

I ordered my food including Dill fries (normally I would just get a bowl but the gentleman sold me on them)which are absolutely phenomenal you should try these I didn't know it could be like this

Then when I went to get paid out , the gentleman informed me that the meal was on him:), THIS MADE MY DAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO, I have had a bad couple days , doordash didn't pay well this week , needed this kindness more then you know.“

“Just tried your new Ft Wayne location yesterday. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for years, your food is as close to legit as I have found since moving back to the USA!!
