“Wow, what can I say. Best Asian food I’ve had in a long time. Peking duck was amazing, all of the various rolls I tried were great, exceptionally fresh. The drinks were also very well made, and tasted amazing, even the mocktails were very good, same amount of effort put into them as the normal cocktails. Dessert was also amazing, had the cheesecake.Parking: Ton of spots, very large lot.“

“I came in a couple days ago and Juwan was my server and he was training a nice young lady (sorry I don’t remember her name) but anyways they were so nice and they made my lunch experience fantastic. I told Juwan jokingly about how my co-workers wanted some of my fortune cookies I had the day before because I always ask for extra and that was like my 3rd or 4th time at P.F. Chang’s in that week alone (that was my first time in my life having it that Monday and I kept coming back it was so good lol,) and he gave me so many extra fortune cookies and I was able to share them with my whole office and we all loved them. He was a very fantastic server and I will always remember how generous he was with the fortune cookies. Hopefully he’s my server next time ????“

“ordered from door dash a couple of times and this will be my last. every time, there is something wrong with the order. today, half of the order was missing and packing was so careless that the driver showed up with a container full of food spilled in the bag. As for the food, it has never been great, just okay.“

“We had finished an evening of shopping down the road and were hungry. We were craving noodles and chicken and came upon Kimchi Box. The woman who took our order was extremely friendly and helpful. We placed our order and when we got our food it looked incredible. And sure enough, it was!! The food was so flavorful and you can tell everything is made with passion. The sauces were so good too! We also tried the popcorn chicken, sassy fries, and the kimchi box.The knock for one star is lack of a soup option. Everything would have been great to wash down with some hot soybean soup or kimchi soup!“

“Food is a little pricey but very plentiful and good. Server seemed not to understand English well but June stepped in to help and proved to be a breath of fresh air. He was attentive , efficient, friendly and offered good customer service .1/19/2024Came back for a repeat. June was phenomenal, Chris served up a delicious and unique adult concoction that titillated the taste buds and delighted the senses.. “I hope you're hungry! This place provides a lot of food for your buck. I had the make your own wok bowl option, which provides a protein, rice or noodle, sauce, and 3 vegetables. Wow! My husband ordered the teriyaki bowl option with the same add-on options. We also ordered some Rangoon and miso soup. All for 30 bucks. You can't beat this place if you want fresh food for a great price. Quick customer service and a clean environment all around.“

“Love this restaurant. Have been coming here for 30 yrs. But please improve the way you deliver plum sauce/ hot mustard. The same open container with the same spoons should not be shared from table to table. We noticed after asking for plum sauce we received the condiments from the buffet that were then placed on the buffet after we were done with our meal (without changing the containers or spoons looking ready to be shared to the next table that requested). Quite disturbing.“

“I dine here often, at least once a month. Always great. Except this last time on 4/29. I ordered the garlic yaki udon and my partner ordered the curry yaki udon. Our normal order. Was almost inedible with how salty it was. Only reason I finished mine was because it was $33 with my add-ons. We were both too shy to say something but please cut back on the salt. We were both pretty sick afterwards and we should have said something. Other than this one bad experience, we always enjoy ourselves.“

“Really enjoy the soy garlic flats from here. Definitely very good of you like fried anything. The spicy wings are on the spicier side so be prepared if you order that. The quality of the chicken is very good which it puts it above other fast food wing places. I usually get takeout as there's not many tables at the restaurant.“

“This is the best food I've had in my 50 something years of eating Chinese food. When I first moved into my I ordered the chicken egg foo young. I opened the box and was in awe. This place actually has the chunks of chicken, so the egg foo young is not a flat patty by any means. Service is great here eating in or carry out. The ambiance is perfect. I get the Chicken Pad Thai noodle. Delicious..........They always get it right on!!“

“Food- awesome! Some of the crispest chicken I have had recently. Its crispy like what you remember as a child when your parents took you to that southern chicken shack. The sides are also good... mashed potatoes are an "uplevel" version of what KFC makes. Sashito peppers are worth a try as well and are usually my second side. Service- good in general.... Call your order in as the App will tell you your food is ready; but it wont be. They will give accurate time if you call in your order. Ambiance- its better than chicken shack but since this is primarily carryout driven (they do have a few tables) dont go here for a first date.“

Yelling. You get the point. I recommend that Nara say something to customers when these things happen versus just allowing it to happen. Second time I've witnessed this. I've become well-acquainted with the staff members over the years, and they're undeniably hardworking yet can be personable during the slower hours. I'm a POC, and have dealt with issues of racism from other fine dining restaurants in the area-- but their service has always made me feel extremely welcome. The menu items are on the higher end, but the service, food, and cleanliness of the restaurant make every experience worth it.
