“Ultimate Nachos: Ordered through a delivery service and McAlister Deli is the first place to separate the toppings in containers so the chips don't get soggy. They layered them so when I poured them on top of the chips it looked like they had placed everything on there so neatly and appetizing.“

“My toddler loves a good tuna sub, he used to love Jimmy Johns but they became too soggy for him so we tried this Jersey Mike's location. This is his new favorite tuna sub, we've gotten it pretty much every day this week and it's become the best part of his day after school!“

“In town for my Grammas funeral. In customer service you never know what people are going through. We walked in here 10 minutes before closing and we were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly, polite and professional. Our order was prepared quickly, hot and fresh. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!! Food was delicious but the service is what stood out. Our subs are always made the way we ordered them and they aren’t greasy or sloppy like a lot of places are nowadays, especially when you’re on line ordering. “I'm a self-professed Jimmy John's addict, so you'd be hard-pressed to see me rate it any less than four stars. The University team is awesome. So, of course, I have no issue with them. My only issue is the franchise itself. It's getting to be a pretty costly meal. Plus, I'm not a fan of the rewards system. You don't get rewards for how much you spend, but rather how many visits. I've had large catering orders that are the equivalent of a single sandwich, as far as the rewards go. I wish they revamp that system, considering how much their food costs.“

“My husband and I go here often, and usually closer to closing time because we work late and always feel bad for being "those people" but it's the only time we have a chance. There is an employee i believe her name is Quincy and she is the absolute best! Never does she mind how late we are and even remembers our order! All the way down to my side of pickles! We appreciate her so much and get so happy when she's working. She deserves a raise!“

“In at around noon on 4/4/25. Girl behind the counter is a rockstar. Made 6 sandwiches between drive up and counter while I stood there and they all looked neat and clean and kept her workstation clean while washing her hands after cashing customers out. all with a positive attitude and a smile. Cant find good employees like that anymore! You are the best!“
