“This location is the best in the area, competent staff which says a lot for a food place in Caledonia. Easy on and off from M37 for either direction makes it quick in or out anytime of the day with traffic too!

“Placed an order at 830 pm. I ordered a toasted sub. I get a call from the store informing me that they already turned the toaster off. They close at 9pm. Ridiculous then you only sell the toasted subs until 830 when you are open to 9. So the entire menu is not available from open to close. Also none of the subs were marked. How am I supposed to know what subs are which as I ordered multiple subs.“

“Truly a great, locally-owned fast casual option. I’ve been to two locations. Neither were much to look at, but let’s focus on the food! If you’re a first timer, just be aware, a WHOLE sub is a lot to eat. Be prepared to take some home. Otherwise, you can get half of one. I’d also recommend having your sub “rogue style.” They turn the bread inside out, season it up, and toast it to make it nice and crispy. Just heard a staff member say rogue style makes it up about 80% of their sales. Speaking of staff, the service at both locations I’ve been to has been wonderful. The workers are upbeat, friendly, and helpful. They’re happy to make a recommendation if you feel lost in the large menu. Would love to see a changing table in the bathroom! Otherwise great!“

“I stopped by Subway today for lunch, and I was genuinely impressed! The restaurant was spotless, and the staff greeted me with smiles the moment I walked in. My sandwich artist took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it — fresh veggies, perfectly toasted bread, and the right amount of sauce.

You could tell all the ingredients were fresh; the tomatoes were crisp, the lettuce was bright, and the bread smelled amazing. I tried the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on Italian Herb & Cheese, and it was absolutely delicious — warm, flavorful, and satisfying.

The service was quick even during the lunch rush, and the employees seemed to take real pride in their work. The dining area was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me want to stay a little longer.

All in all, this Subway exceeded my expectations. It’s clear the team here cares about quality and customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!“

“Freaky fast delivery on a new level certainly consider this if your in a hurry! They had my food waiting and ready within a few minutes of putting in my order. Also tried there delivery service and they are again freaky fast. They are about 15 minutes out from my location but had gotten here within 20 minutes after I placed my order. Very good service all around and there drivers seem to be extremely nice and considerate. If you are a first here I suggest the chicken bacon ranch toasted sub one of my favorites for sure!“

“My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! We now look forward to coming here! Every time we are here she goes above and beyond! THANK YOU!!“
