“We stopped by today and went through the drive through. The lady was super helpful and let us know we had to wait 15 minutes for our wings. When they came, one of our drinks was missing. The girls were on break we think. They still went in and got our drink for us without complaint rather than having us drive around through the drive thru. Also they brought out extra honey mustard sauce. They were polite, courteous, and working their bums off. We could tell they were exhausted and really appreciated their efforts to give good service. Thank you!!!!!!“

“Tonight we ordered carry out for my daughter’s birthday, my dad did not realize he was missing a few things but we figured no big deal we will just call and get a credit for next time. Not only did they deliver what we were missing they brought extra including dessert and did not even know we were celebrating a birthday! This is our place for chicken but now it will continue to be our only chicken place and we strongly recommend you to anyone looking for good food and good service! Thank you!!“

“I recently visited a fast-food restaurant and had a surprisingly pleasant experience, largely thanks to the excellent service provided by Saif. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Despite the busy lunch rush, Saif remained attentive and patient, taking the time to ensure my order was correct and answering all my questions.

The food itself was exactly what you’d expect from a fast-food joint—quick, fresh, and satisfying. I ordered a burger and fries, and both were served hot and well-prepared. While the menu doesn’t offer anything out of the ordinary, the overall quality was good for a fast-casual spot.

What really stood out, though, was Saif’s commitment to customer service. He checked in after I got my meal to make sure everything was to my liking, which you don’t often see in fast food. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly elevated the experience.

“Been here several times and it's always been fresh and friendly. Today they somehow upped their game though: we stopped by for a quick bite after running around and I ordered the wrong item (3 pc mixed instead of the strips). They fixed my mistake (not theirs) without even hesitation. Out of all the chicken options in Livonia, Lee's is at the top of our list. Great team that takes guest satisfaction personally.“

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. I also will be notifying all the people I referred plus letting my co workers at the airport know of this. we will just go to or other spot..he was also rude and disrespectful. buyers beware! “Placed a pretty big order for Chicken Shack, for an 11am pick-up on Friday morning. Once the store/doors opened (at 11am) - my order was boxed up and ready to go within a few minutes. Extremely satisfied with the prompt service, and of course, the food was great!“

“Ok so walking in here your greeted by the second best smell in the world.....fried chicken. Normally I go for the bone on fried chicken and its pretty good. Very crunchy and if you get it fresh it's even better. Now today i got the tenders. Flavor was there. Crunch was there. Freshness...was not there. They were cold and I was in a rush. That's not a reflection of the food. Food was Still good. Just not the best it could have been. But I still love kkc and I'll be back.“

“First time I've been to a KFC in at least 6 mo. I hadn't been going quite as often because it seemed like every time I went they were out of something I wanted or my order was cold.
I'm happy to say that this time everything was great.
Very efficient/friendly service and my food was hot.
They also had everything that I wanted to order and this was very close to closing time.
I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because I didn't go inside. I used the drive thru and I was in and out within 15 min or so. Very good visit. I will return again, and sooner this time.
