“Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Enticing daily specials. I went on a Tuesday to try their puffy tacos. They didn't skimp on ingredients but there was only ground beef, not chicken. It was $7.99 for the platter that had two puffy tacos, Mexican rice, and refried beans. All quite tasty and more than I could eat at one sitting. I took home a deliciousl slice of rhubarb custard pie for later.“

“On Lake St Clair with large windows to a spectacular view. They have a monitor inside that also shows the channel where barges come and go. The staff was inviting, joyful, and provided fast service. My wings were hot and on point! The beer was ice cold, and the locals were so friendly and quick to share a smile along with a conversation. This place has such a great vibe! I highly recommend that you visit if you have the opportunity to go to Harsen's Island.“

“Great little mom and pop. You go there for the food and camaraderie, not the view. Not a big deal at all. It was my first visit and it was pretty apparent from the get go that everyone that walked in was a #Regular! There was hugging and good energy at every table. I'm in the process of moving while fasting, and I may have been a tad too anxious for coffee and food. Next time I'll know. The coffee was gr8, a very big deal to me. But let's talk about the corned beef hash...#NeverHaveIEver had such a delightful platter of spuds and protein set b4 me! It's was delightful AND made to order (which now I know does take a little longer,) so I had them omit the onions and green peppers, (both of which really bother me). That's a pretty big deal as well, cuz you KNOW it's not pre-made.I don't "do" bread, but I ordered a cup of sausage gravy and, yes, I smothered the hash. (Was SO hungry I did that b4 taking individual photos. Sorry abt that.) “this place was amazing overall! We dined in and the aesthetic of the restaurant was very nice, as others have said it’s kind of like you were in Florida. Food came out fresh and tasting great. Got the lobster roll , tacos and nachos- it was hella tasty. Our server jason was great, always made sure our drinks were filled, the hospitality 10/10. “The raft burger was very good! Brought me back to my childhood whwn they had the burgers wrapped in the wax paper. We also had the fried cauliflower, zucchini, jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, and mushrooms. The deluxe something lol but it wasn't all greasy like other places.“
