“Just wanted to say I stopped in this location for the first time today. I was on my way home from work and had a long, tiring day. The young man working was so welcoming and friendly. I have never been in a Subway where an employee seemed to like their job and treated you like they appreciated you coming in. Very impressed with him. “I’m from the Lansing area. My family and I stopped at this Arby’s on the way home from Chicago. It was delicious! The best Arby’s I have had in probably 10 years. It was so good I actually rang the bell upon leaving to let them know they did a good job (which embarrassed my teenager lol).“

“I placed my order under the impression that it was gonna come out like I’ve had it at other locations but was mislead, I was gaslighted into thinking the order was made right but upon my friend receiving the same order I came to a realization my order was made incorrect, in conclusion I was angry and confused but Alissa ( sorry if it’s misspelled) helped correct my order and helped me understand the situation more she was truly fantastic she is a fine example of keeping a situation managed and deserves a raise“

“First time ever going to JJ's.
Tuna sandwiches are one of my favorites. Service was good and the place was very clean & friendly.
Just a tuna sandwich let down. No where on their menu did it list onions in the tuna. It listed every else on the sandwich. One bite and I had to through it out.
Differently going to try again someday despite my first attemp“
