“I was recently in this establishment and ordered a sweet iced tea. I did notice that they were quite busy so I did expect a little bit of a delay. The staff was extremely understanding about everything and they were trying to help as many customers as they could seeming how all of the staff had just clocked in and the previous shift had not given them any information about what was happening or the orders that were already in process. That poor manager on that shift was just being hounded by customers that were being extremely rude because they had a longer wait time for their food, when it was indeed the first shift that never told her anything. I even heard her explain to a customer that she was extremely sorry and was trying to her best but she had just clocked in and nobody had given her any information about what was happening at that moment. It did take quite a while to get just a single iced tea, but this is to be expected when there are at least 10 plus people in line seemingly five staff members and customers that are extremely rude and disrespectful. Overall the second shift team of this McDonald's seems like they were trying their hardest to figure everything out when first shift had never given them any notice of what was happening.“

“I'm a regular at this place and it's awesome. The coffee shop has a bunch of different coffees and teas that I really like. Personally, I'm a fan of the Yemeni tea. I totally recommend this place - it's one of the best spots for a coffee or tea in Lansing.“

“Wow I was just on this side of town and I asked Siri “coffee near me” she gave bigby and then this place. Let me tell you I don’t regret choosing here. Ambiance 10/10 calm relaxing chill. One of the workers sisters I’m assuming she’s the owner said her sister learned baking in England and uses that for the IN HOUSE MADE PASTRIES AND BAGELS. When I say light and airy and absolute perfection. I will be back … it’s kind of far from me but I will come back for that bagel alone!!! But everything else is amazing as well. And they don’t skimp on the cream cheese!! Also super friendly staff! 10/10“

“I don’t usually go to non vegan places, but I saw the reviews and wanted to try a donut for myself. This place exceeded my expectations. I walked in and asked if any of the baked goods in the case were vegan, the waitstaff responded saying they were all vegan, I was so surprised! I picked a cookie butter donut and a blueberry cheesecake donut. Both were absolutely perfection!“

“Lovely little coffee shop! I enjoy their Westside location and am so glad to have a spot on the Eastside that is more convenient for me. The space is bright and welcoming, the baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and the staff has been very accommodating of my service dog and I. They even asked and provided him with a pup cup during our last visit! (To be clear, they are not a pet friendly business and only allow service animals per the ADA.) I typically order tea, though they have a nice selection of coffees and pastries as well. My only critique is that I wish they had more cozy, lounge-type seating, since right now they have mostly desks (although with plenty of outlets for online work). We've been here a few times already since they opened the Okemos location and will continue to visit often!“

“Stopped by for a quick cup of coffee and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing espresso I had. I ordered the Cortado and the staff were kind enough to accommodate my modifications to the drink. The espresso was so smooth and delicious!

“I've gotten gas here for the past year. Love the pumps because they are always fast. Went inside on a Saturday morning for a couple breakfast sandwiches. They had 10 people working that I could see and possibly more behind the counter. Service was fast and they were moving drinks through the drive through like crazy. Want fast service come here!“

“I’m visiting from out of town. In Seattle we have Starbucks on every corner, literally… so I’ve been to a good share of Starbucks locations. This one is, by far, one of the best I’ve been to. Order was prompt and perfect, but what really stands out is the welcoming, friendly service from everyone at this location. And, the indoor and outdoor seating available makes this a great choice if you are in the area. I will definitely stop by every time I’m in East Landing“

“The Starbucks on the MSU campus is a fantastic spot for students, faculty, and visitors alike! The atmosphere is always welcoming and busy. I happen to be a visitor but the staff here are incredibly friendly and efficient, even during busy hours.
As a local Realtor, I think Starbucks a great place to take a break from my busy schedule. Next time you’re on Campus, check it out. It’s between the MSU Spirit Shop and MSU Store, for a quick snack or a new MSU shirt. “

“I can't believe the decaf coffee you can get at starbucks. I don't know what they use but it tastes like real coffee.

Vegetarian options: We live in a small town so our Starbucks doesn't have much as far as vegan or vegetarian offerings.“

“The prices are a little higher than say Meijers, but in line I think with Kroger's. They have a great selection for most items, they are convenient to Williamston and they are improving the store and selections all the time. I think their sales are great. You can order online and pick up when convenient.“
