“I had the best experience getting a large order for my Kids Ministry team yesterday. The person who took my order was so friendly and helpful, the order was ready on time and everything was perfect! My team was well fed and if I knew how easy that was I would have done that years ago! Definitely choosing them to cater in the future!“

“We had a wrong item with our order and for how busy this place was, the fries were all cold. Very disappointing for how much money you spend on a few sandwiches and fries.

My main concern was the cleanliness of this location. Cleanliness greatly affects our eating experience at restaurants with our young children. The stacks of highchairs looked like they have never been wiped off. The doors all had handprint grease smudges ALL over them
(more than just a days worth). The floors looked like they had not been swept at all that day. These are just a few examples.“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

You can't have your food made a number of ways here. If you don't like americanized tex-mex this may not be for you!
But I happen to love QDoba. I like this location as well as it's always clean and easy to get to!

“This place is amazing. Great food made fresh, and the employees are nice and polite. Only downside I think you'll run into is that its always busy, probably because its so good. Definitely recommended to bring the family. Get the beef pot roast platter on sour dough bread with instead of a roll.“

“Wheelchair accessibility: If you can open doors by yourself then it's wheelchair accessible I'm in a wheelchair and it's a struggle with the doors for me I go out to eat by myself so there's no one with me. I have only had 3 employees that helped me with the doors but sadly only a few times ? and I go there may times and some times I don't go in because of the doors“

“2026: we came to this location and had a very good experience. Our order was correct and came out in a decent amount of time. The eating area could have been cleaner, but they were surprisingly busy for mid-afternoon. So they were doing what they could. We would definitely come back here again.

2022: I do love taco bell but they need to read the order better at this location and make sure to get it right. The food was good but not entirely what I ordered.

Update: we tried going here again and it wasn't any better. They forgot to give us half of our food after we waited a long time inthe drive thru. I understand people can make mistakes but I have issues everytime at this location. The rice was crunchy too. Other than that, it was good and we do love Taco Bell in general. This location has room for improvement.“

“Came here for lunch on a Tuesday after my daughter's appointment. Was greeted by Pettra and she took our order. She helped me save a bit of $ by doing the 2 for $6 they have right now and also noticed my daughter didn't get a drink with her food so she did not hesitate to get us a cup for water (my daughter loves water so it was awesome!) awesome customer service there! Definitely made eating lunch here a great experience 🙂“

“This is inside of a gas station and my husband always does the pick up. Food is always good even if it’s hours after they have closed but my husband has complained about the service of some employee that even standing in front of him he cannot get the order right to the point he wonders if he is high. Has happened twice with the same person.“

“I’ve stopped at this locations a few times over the past couple of months and every time going through the drive through they have been so pleasant. And when I’ve had my dog with me they've gone out of their way to love on her and share some nuggets. The food has always been made fresh. And last night they went out of their way to help me out when my bank card would not work by handing me the food I ordered and simply telling me it’s on them and to have a good night. After the week I had, I needed that moment. Kindness with a smile will always bring me back as a costumer.“

“This place out in the country is beautiful, and a great worthwhile drive to get to. To. The ice cream is remarkable and the quantity that give you outrageous. The chili dogs are excellent and there's plenty of room for the kids to wander around and play while you eat your ice cream on the picnic tables. I would recommend a trip out here as a family thing to do.“

“We got stuck in traffic for so long on the way to an appointment in Grandville. My kids were starving so we stopped at this Wendy’s. Struggling with my energy after an hour turned into 3 on the road I ordered the caramel coffee. I didn’t know what I was doing and didn’t like the coffee so I re ordered at the window. A woman with red hair (not natural but an awesome dye job super bold red) helped me figure out how to fix my order for super cheap. She was so patient with me and helped get me exactly what I needed.
