“A truly magnificent experience. We were only in MI for the week, and had to make Wild Dog Grille a repeat. The staffing was excellent. Eric, Donna, and Diamond went above and beyond to make our visit with our fur baby Jaxon Bleu comfortable, inviting, and beyond expectations. The food is incredible. It was definitely the treat of a lifetime for our 34th anniversary trip. We’re planning a re-visit in the near future.“

“A wonderful atmosphere and delicious cider! Very kid friendly. We even got to meet the guy who started it and chat with him for a long time. There lots to explore if you take the paths they’ve made around the beautiful property. They let you bring in your own food too which I always love with little kids. Highly recommend can’t wait to go again!“

“Stopped in on a Saturday morning and was disappointed to find out there was almost an hour wait for two people. Decided to try again on Sunday morning, and the wait was approximately 40 minutes. Happy to say it was worth the wait! The food was delicious, the staff was great. Highly recommend the breakfast taco and the scone!“

“We go every other Sunday evening but that ends now! this location is disgusting, it's dirty and on super bowl Sunday the floors where so slick my abled body almost became disabled from a fall and not one employee seemed to care or even bother to get a slippery floor sign. This is a direct failure in management as they are not concerned about the conditions of the restaurant. Our family of 7 will not be returning and warning everyone to stay away until new management is brought in and a very very deep cleaning is done!!!“

“Very spacious winery, inside and out. After we filled out our tasting choices two large groups came in behind us. It took us a bit of time to get our flights and two of them were incorrect. The server tried to correct it but it was still a little mixed up. The staff was friendly.
We did like a few of the wines enough to purchase some bottles.“

“We live in Saugatuck and enjoy going for brunch occasionally. We recommend the cornmeal pancakes and blueberry muffins. The omlet/scrambles are fantastic. The winter hours significantly reduce their schedule (open Friday thru Sunday). Because it is so popular, in the summertime, you will have to wait to get in. The location, is right across the street from the water, and in summer there is lots of activity and the town is filled with love and romance. Great place to come with your loved ones. Food here is great. Must go even if you have to wait....it's worth it.“

“Sat outside for lunch and watched the world go by while we enjoyed our salads. I had the gorgonzola salad, and my cousin had the smoked salmon salad. I was so happy to learn they locally sourced everything. Our salad was from a farm in Caledonia, MI, and the salmon came from Big O's and live caught in the Great Lakes. Everything was delicious, and our server was amazing. Definitely recommend!“

“We are in Saugatuck on vacation and have eaten here three times because it simply is the best place we’ve found to eat in Saugatuck. Food is fresh, creative, and so tasty. The Mediterranean couscous salad and Brussel kale Caesar are beyond delicious. The Maui sandwich was superb. Today my hubby got the burger and said it was the best burger he has ever eaten. The wait staff were professional, friendly, and attentive each time we dined there. This is a must try in Saugatuck. In a sea of restaurants serving the same tired menus, Pumpernickels is unique and delicious.“
