“A truly magnificent experience. We were only in MI for the week, and had to make Wild Dog Grille a repeat. The staffing was excellent. Eric, Donna, and Diamond went above and beyond to make our visit with our fur baby Jaxon Bleu comfortable, inviting, and beyond expectations. The food is incredible. It was definitely the treat of a lifetime for our 34th anniversary trip. We’re planning a re-visit in the near future.“

Unique approaches on the included proteins.\nThey bake their own bread and include many hardy types. If you like chewy bread this is your place. The food is hearty and tasty, but not fancy. \nLastly, the service is very friendly and aims to please.“

“We go every other Sunday evening but that ends now! this location is disgusting, it's dirty and on super bowl Sunday the floors where so slick my abled body almost became disabled from a fall and not one employee seemed to care or even bother to get a slippery floor sign. This is a direct failure in management as they are not concerned about the conditions of the restaurant. Our family of 7 will not be returning and warning everyone to stay away until new management is brought in and a very very deep cleaning is done!!!“

“Long wait to be seated for midday on a Tuesday (15-20 minutes). But once seated, the food was sent out pretty quickly and was great! They were out of thier gluten free toast option, but I think its great they usually stock one. The kids animal shaped pancakes are a fun and cute option to have! Pricing is typical diner pricing ($13-15 for an adult meal). Cozy atmosphere and fantastic bakery case where you can grab sweets to go. We got a great carrot cake on the way out!“

“We were a group of 3 senior ladies, traveling from Chicago to Traverse City, who stopped at Ida Reds for breakfast. They ask you to sign in and then seat you in that order. Phenomenal is the best word to describe our food. I haven’t had French toast as my mom cooked since I was a kid….I’m 73. Don’t like pancakes but I tasted them from my friend….gosh, what I’ve been missing! My other friend had the basted eggs with ham and fresh fried potato slices…enough for 2 people and WONDERFUL! Service was very attentive. Our biggest surprise was when we were presented with our bill. Haven’t eaten this inexpensively in forever. They hit the big 3..great food , great service, and great prices! Be sure to try it!“

Their food is always great, doesn't matter if you pick ut up in the store, or have it delivered!! My boyfriend says that they have the best sauce of all! If it isn't, it's damn nearclose!! We are never unhappy when ordering from Jets!!“

The Mediterranean couscous salad and Brussel kale Caesar are beyond delicious. The Maui sandwich was superb. Today my hubby got the burger and said it was the best burger he has ever eaten. The wait staff were professional, friendly, and attentive each time we dined there. This is a must try in Saugatuck. In a sea of restaurants serving the same tired menus, Pumpernickels is unique and delicious.“
