“My dad and I took a trip to Dundee so try a pizza place only to find out it was closed. So we saw this place across the street and decided to check it out. Definitely recommend! The bartender is super friendly and the food is really good. I recommend the brisket Mac n cheese wrap.I’ll definitely be back here soon!“

“This restaurant deserves all the stars. Great menu and food. All the burgers can be made with beef, chicken breast, crispy chicken, or impossible burger. My husband's steak was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. Our waiter was very nice. Too bad we don't live in the area because we would eat there regularly!!Vegetarian options: Impossible burger for all the burgers choices.“

“Whoever that girl was working on 4/15 around 2:30pm. She's absolutely incredible!! Not only was she fast making my drink she was so sweet and cheerful! “It's a hole in the wall bar. Which those are the ones I like. The only thing I had an issue with isn't with the staff. There was no real issues by any means. I was just looking forward to having a night of playing pool with my husband and next thing we knew quarters were laid on the table, over and over and over... and over.... and over... when we walked in no one was even using the pool table. It was still a lovely night, and still had a good night. The people just seem pretty competitive here, one guy was trying to be a shark, at least on that night. I only got 1 game with my husband.“

“The Walnut is a local staple. My father told me stories of him coming here as a child, teenager, then having his first date with his still significant other here. I decided to take my husband and we immediately understood the vitality of this restaurant. The food is immaculate and affordable, my husband and I ate lunch (quesadilla and mini tacos), plus drinks, and spent less than $30. The owner was there and checked in on us, asking how our meal was. The waitress was kinda rude and made fun of us to another table (“Imagine coming into a bar and not knowing what to order” because we got water), but that didn’t change our experience. The Walnut was delicious and I will definitely keep coming back!“
