“Outstanding experience. We stopped in because our 6 yr old daughter who is currently extremely immunocompromised and requires sandwiches to be as fresh as possible was craving a sandwich. After my husband explained our situation and request, the Jersey Mike’s team then explained their freshness policies to us and proceeded to make us the best fast sandwiches ever! We will be back on the regular. We couldn’t be more grateful to have a healthy option for her and a go to spot for club and turkey sandwiches ❤️ A big thank you and high 5 to the Owen Road Jersey Mike’s Team!“

“I love Jimmy John’s. I’ll go there before any other sandwich shop! BUT. I wish that they would put more meat on the sandwich. I got a turkey and there was only 2 slices!! You raise the prices and that’s understandable but if we don’t come in there because you’re shortening the products then YOU are losing customers and money!!“

“This is the only location in quite a large radius that actually answers their drive through window and doesn't just ignore their customers.Usually you have about a ten to twenty minute, wait for anybody to even acknowledge that you are sitting in the drive through at any other restaurant, but here it's instantly, the second, you pull up. “Went to get a wrap today and the staff was extremely friendly. The young lady that helped me was very nice, talked loud enough to get my order and my toppings. She even helped the other employee at the register without complaining. Great place, always clean. The two employee's, no name tags or I would of stated names, were helpful and very nice.“

“I am a Michigander who resides in another state. I came home for a visit and wanted to purchase a favorite food. A Big John Steak n Onion!
I drove an hour to this location ( which is not the one I usually visit).
The interior of the bldg was well maintained, the counter person and the grill cook were amazing. They were polite, patient, and efficient. The cashier made suggestions on food, sauce etc.
Unfortunately, I do not know their names, but I visited right before closing and these gentlemen never grumble or made me feel rushed. I wanted sandwiches made 4 different ways and 2 were needed to be prepared for the trip back home.The grill cook understood and prepared the sandwiches for transport. I'm very appreciative on how he prepared the travel bag!! Thank you.
Their politeness and positive demeanor made my evening. Kudos to these two young men!“

Our subs are always made the way we ordered them and they aren’t greasy or sloppy like a lot of places are nowadays, especially when you’re on line ordering. More than satisfied with the product we receive. It’s our go to when we want a quick meal with no hassles. “

“Current employee on shift deserves a raise. She was working alone. I had an online order as did someone in front of me. There were three people at the counter. She was so efficient. All of her time was used wisely and she was running around. My online order was given to me one minute before the ETA even though she had a full restaurant. Very impressive. Not only was she amazing, the food here is so good. My husband and I have written off Subway for years because we always leave disappointed. This place will not disappoint. It's clean, food is fresh. “I have always had a great experience with this Jimmy John’s. Years ago I lost my ultrasound pictures in the parking lot there. The owner found them and sent them to me through the mail. It meant so much to me! I meant to thank him a long time ago but time got away from me. Just recently I ordered a sub for delivery. I forgot that I had a note on my door to know ring the bell bc of my twin babies. I didn’t get to leave a tip bc of that note. I called the store and the owner helped me make it right. Every time I have an interaction with that store I end up very pleased. Food is yummy. Delivery is fast. And the owner is fantastic!!!“
