“Very popular restaurant and bar. We came on the weekend this time for brunch. Large menu with omelets, benedicts, french toasts. Regular menu has wings,sandwiches and ? .We got the wings and they(3)were large full and sticky. Our omelettes were good with plenty inside. The French toast too. My friend thought their benedict not their best and probably wouldn't get it again. Ask about gluten free or vegan. Betty get GF bread or bun please.
It was busy and the crowd was watching the game so it was fun. Tony U was our server and was on it. ?
Cocktails were pricey to me considering the size
Parking: Free on Sunday and need ferndale parking app otherwise“

“I really enjoyed my 3 vegan tacos. They have about 5 taco options plus vegan nachos and a couple other dishes. Vegan options didn’t feel like an afterthought which I usually encounter in restaurants. Great service. Look forward to going back. Updated from previous review on 2025-08-24“

“I have been enjoying B. Nektar for many years. I have both attended and volunteered events. Carrie is awesome and a great tour guide. Joe, Bobbi, Chase and really everyone that works here is great. Friendly and laid back atmosphere. Excellent mead! Highly recommend!“

“This place is amazing! We were waiting for a comedy show to start, we weren't sure about it at first, but felt right at home when we walked in! Sarah was our waitress, who is also a 15 year experienced bartender on the side, was AMAZING to say the least! She was so friendly, helped make us crazy custom shots and was happy to do it!!
Umm they had FUNNEL CAKE FRIES! yeah, like French fries coated in FUNNEL cake batter!!
I've added this place to my absolute favorites for when I'm in town, make sure to ask for Sarah and TIP her MORE than 20% because she's more than worth it!!!“

“I live in the neighborhood, like the bar however this outdoor bar could reinvent itself as a beachside surf bar, serve tropical cocktails and beer, paint everything baby blue with surf boards and coconuts and actually use the rooftop.But the WAB chooses to be a boring monopoly instead.“

“Just left and wanted to write a review ASAP! Took my guy here for his birthday. We went to the bingo brunch. Even though there weren’t many people there at 10 am the bingo host played the game and awesome music in between each number being called. We each won bingo and got some fun prizes - shirts and games. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for playing games. The hostess was very welcoming. Our server was sweet and attentive and the food and drink were fantastic! What a gem! Can’t wait to come back!“
“Our bartender, Beth, was awesome….and she made us a GREAT corned beef sandwich. Loved the vibe in this place. Highly recommend. Oh and a very, very cool juke box with fantastic music“

“Ate here last night for Valentine’s Day date with my husband. First visit to this location and it was top notch! Our server Alejandro was attentive and on top of things and so friendly. Food and atmosphere was excellent and margaritas great. We will definitely be back ! ❤️“

“Great atmosphere, and The Drinks were reasonably priced. A few of us stopped by last week for Halloween and to our surprise, It was Karaoke night with No Cover Charge!! The vibe was really nice, the karaoke segment was very entertaining. Theres also a food Truck on the patio that served just about everything 10/10. My Friends and I will definitely return.
Vegetarian options: The food truck provides vegetarian options!
Parking: Parking in the rear requires payment but I believe it’s free after a certain time. Theres also a parking structure a couple buildings over.
