“The girl who helped my kids an I was rude! My youngest son who is 5 what having trouble picking what he wanted and she wasn't happy about it another man who was working tried to take over he was way more polite. He asked her if she needed help she just kept giving him dirty looks and straight up ignored him and pushed him out.. I work in public food service and Even with my rudest customers I don't treat them this way! How in the hell you going to be rude and ruse a 5 year old and 10 year old!? Next time I go there if she is the one trying to wait on me I'll ask for someone else if not then I'll just leave! Her boss needs to let her go! You can tell she hates her job“

“Fast food restaurants are not known for having all-star customer service, but I experienced the sweetest, most warm hearted woman in recent memory who prepared our dinner on October 11th, 2024 around 5:00 PM, and I just wanted to compliment and recognize her for how pleasant and caring she was. I didn't catch her name, but she was of Indian descent. I hope she is respected by Subway administration because she clearly is superior to thousands of local fast food employees. Thank you so much!“

“The service was great both young ladies were really friendly and nice. The store itself was very well upkept extremely clean, clear and organized. They do offer outdoor seating at this location which is pretty cool. The subs themselves were incredible...its been a long time since I've had a subway sub taste this good. “I just really wanted to shout out the gentleman working here this evening! I always feel guilty when I have to order at jersey mikes because I am gluten free due to allergy/celiac disease. Not only did they make me not feel at all like a bother but they were so thorough with all the precautions for cross contamination! Top notch cleaning of the slicing machine, cutting board, got new gloves, and a new clean knife from the back that they kept separately and in a bag to keep it protected. They were both also super kind, funny, and just a joy to be around while I waited for the food to be made. I nearly cried tears of joy for such a safe and wonderful experience! My food was tasty too! :) thank you for making my night!“
“When I order and they tell me when I can expect delivery they are right on time.Never had to wait very long. I eat a lot of the tuna. It's really good and the bread and the sub bun are always fresh. Can't rate the atmosphere because because it's always delivered. But I can rate the attitude: five stars !“

“First visit was wonderful. Delicious Giant subs with fresh cut meat...
But then the romance ended...
Much like the sub run from the second visit.
I I wept tears of mayonnaise on my second visit it was really disappointing...
The latest tasted old and the meat was no longer piled high.
This felt like a sloppy depression era sub... Mick like subway...
Sounds good but doesn't always taste good.
Don't worry though the third time will be a charm. We hope.
The romance is back on and we are feeling frisky for a sub.
Dear reader - 🙏 please get your mind out of the gutter. I'm talking about food.

“Tubby’s has been my favorite sub shop since I was young. Nothing beats the famous sub and dressing. They have awesome fries too. This location seriously has THE BEST Detroit deep dish pizza. This location also has friendly staff and quick service. 13/10“

“I will make the extra 5 minute drive to this subway instead of the one nearest me. Employees are friendly and fast and the owner is very nice as well. Dining area and work station is always clean. I wish I could give them a bonus star for staying open later than usual compared to other subways.“

Vegetarian options: They offered to cut up boiled eggs to add to my sub, it was better than usual, the selection of veggies is really geared to pair with meat not other veggies. So my expectations eating at subway are low, the eggs helped.“

“We needed a very last-minute order of sandwich wraps for a funeral and couldn’t find a place to make them in time. The staff at Subway, however, went out of their way to put together a very last-minute order for us. The wraps were delicious and just what we needed. “Ordered online from Allen Park at 6:05. Email states ordered would be ready at 6:25. Arrived at 6:28 and ordered wasn’t even started yet! They said they were busy. I should have been next since I was in the store but they continued to wait on everyone else and then waited on me! I tip 20% for carry out and since service didn’t warrant a tip, I want that refunded. Wrong bread on my sub was wrong, no big deal. Still good sub. I’m upset due to the fact of what is the point of ordering online if the order “doesn’t jump the line?”. Won’t happen again.EDIT: I talked to Brenda the manager and she was apologetic and offered me a remake of my order. She explained it was a new employee and he wasn’t familiar with the online orders and there was a call off that night. I appreciate the honesty and will visit this location again.“

“This food chain was by far the best I've had. The staff was friendly and they had a clean restroom. The sandwich that I ordered was the chicken, bacon and ranch hot sandwich. It came with bacon, I had requested crispy bacon but it wasn't hard at all. That was disappointing but the sandwich was so good, it didn't even matter! That was the best sandwich I've had from a sandwich chain by far. If the bacon was crispy, it would've been 5 stars hands down! I will go back and this time, I'll elaborate on the doneness of the bacon. Even with the softer bacon, I still loved my food! I didn't care for the lemon cookie, it has a weird aftertaste like the sugar is artificial or something. I'll pass on that.
