“I'm a self-professed Jimmy John's addict, so you'd be hard-pressed to see me rate it any less than four stars. The University team is awesome. So, of course, I have no issue with them. My only issue is the franchise itself. It's getting to be a pretty costly meal. Plus, I'm not a fan of the rewards system. You don't get rewards for how much you spend, but rather how many visits. I've had large catering orders that are the equivalent of a single sandwich, as far as the rewards go. I wish they revamp that system, considering how much their food costs.“

Made 6 sandwiches between drive up and counter while I stood there and they all looked neat and clean and kept her workstation clean while washing her hands after cashing customers out. all with a positive attitude and a smile. Cant find good employees like that anymore! You are the best!“
