“I just left there and got the Dubai chocolate strawberry cups they were so delicious so many good things on the menu I would definitely check this place out but my favorite part was the owner she was the sweetest woman I’ve ever met she made me feel so welcomed talking to her was like talking to someone I’ve known forever! “I have been coming here every so often for about two years now! The employees are typically hard working and friendly not only towards the customers, but toward each other as well. I work nearby, and even outside of the building they have been very sweet to me. My coffees, teas, and food have always met my expectations. Thank you for being so wonderful! My go to drink is a 16 fl oz mocha mocha over ice if you like a bold flavor!“

“I've only had excellent experiences here. It's usually not busy inside which makes for a nice break from the hustle and bustle of life. The staff is always very kind and super quick. The entire store is generally clean, including the bathrooms. They also provide coloring options for the little ones.“

“They are all very nice that work there. Sometimes the drinks are too sweet but I think that's just the bigby standard. There have been MANY times I asked for something iced and they repeated it back to me just to then make it hot. But I never say anything.“

“when I ordered a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. and 2 separate shots of espresso. these fools can't follow simple directions. I will never be going back and will be in contact with corporate. espresso tasted like the bottom of a pot of coffee.. and the bagel wasn't toasted in the least bit. and the employee at the window had a attitude.“

“Only McDonald’s we go to. Always order a chocolate shake and they make it right Everytime. Which shouldn’t seem that hard but the one in Clio doesn’t mix it thoroughly and it’s always way too thick. Our food is always fresh and the employees are always so nice. Especially Lorraine, Everytime we see her we’re happy!“

“Just wanted to talk about how wonderful the manager Shannon was today! We stopped in for breakfast with my 2.5 year old and she was so friendly and fun. Our kid is super outgoing and loves to say hi to everyone and Shannon took the time to say hi and connect with her and that just makes our kid's day. She also made the best vanilla iced coffee for me!“
