“If you are reading reviews for Two Way Inn you know what you are looking for and this is it. Exactly as its reputation suggests - a local, family run pub with cheap drinks, friendly service and tons of character & history. Apparently they have some homemade (literally) food 1 or 2 days a week that sounded like a great bargain. During my visit a local came in with some fresh pies and I was offered a slice. A must visit for sure.“

“Hands down, my absolute FAVORITE BAR in the Detroit Metro area. August the bartender is one of the coolest people you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting and knows how to pour a damn good drink. Be sure to ask August for a shot of Fernet and he'll tell you "It's like 1000 fairies dancing on your tongue!".“

“My Sister & Brother-In-Law hosted my Godson's Baptismal Luncheon at The Polka Dot. IT WAS PERFECT! The food was AMAZING. The kids loved the Original Nintendo System. The adults loved gathering around the bar. This venue will definitely be considered for all future family events.“

“Great food options for a smallish bar. There is a chef there during week (Tues-Fri?) who offers handwritten menu of specials. We had the baked meatballs (delicious) and the Cajun shrimp scampi (added more heat). One of our favorite places for smaller group dinners!“

“I came in expecting the usual dive bar scene — sticky floors, cheap beer, neon signs buzzing in the corner. Instead, Rachael and Amy treated me like I had just bought the place. I ordered a regular draft and somehow it felt like they had tapped a keg exclusively in my honor.
Halfway through my second beer, Rachael joked about “opening a tab,” but what really happened is Amy slid me a crisp stack of bills and told me not to worry about it — like the bar itself was sponsoring me. By closing time, when most people were stumbling toward their Ubers, they casually mentioned my private helicopter was waiting out back behind the dumpsters. They then flew me across Italy.
If you want five-star luxury while drinking a $3 domestic, this is the only bar on earth where that’s possible. Dive bar? Maybe. But with Rachael and Amy behind the counter, it feels like Buckingham Palace with better beer.“

“I stopped in for the 1rst time Superbowl Sunday & enjoyed a fried turkey chop dinner w brussel sprouts & fries. Surprisingly delicious., I'll b back for 2nds soon. “Plav Post Ten is a hallmark in Hamtramck. Bar downstairs serving up drinks catering to veterans and accepting of civilians too. For Paczki Day it’s one of the major hotspots, the annual Paczki Eating Contest draw a good crowd and is followed by live music. Take a turn and come to Hamtramck to enjoy. 5/5.“

“Winner's has been in business for like forever with great service, cold beer ? and reasonably priced ? drinks. Go there to check out the live bands on Saturday nights. Always a good time with no drama or attitudes from the staff or the customers.“

“Clean bar. Lots of dart boards, but lots of league play too. Stopped in on a Friday and stayed till close; no problem with an available board. 3 pool tables, not too crowded. Didn't have any food while there so won't rate. Had karaoke(I'm not a fan)while I was there; didn't interrupt dart games or pool tables.“

“I was served a Heineken that had a broken top on it two times. I noticed the first time and told the redhead. She served me another one and put the broken glass beer bottle on the counter instead of dumping it. A blonde dreadhead served me the same warm broken bottle later on when I didn't even ask for another beer. I took a sip of it without noticing it was the same bottle from earlier and it cut my lip. When I brought this up to the redhead , she started yelling at me and telling me to not talk to her sideways. She then charged at me to attack me. Multiple patrons had to hold her back multiple times. I am owed an apology and the owner should find better help on Sundays.“

“It’s like a cheers atmosphere. Everyone is so nice. The food is tasty and fresh. Bob is the best like a Clint Eastwood you can hug. Dave is cool and cooks excellent. The drinks are good and affordable. Try a game of pool or just chillax to good music. Crowd mixed. Bathroom is clean.“

“Came in with my partner From Work and we had a burger. Everything was cool. The atmosphere is very chilling laid-back I love the crowd only thing I had a problem with was the way Security was checking people and he wasn’t doing a great job. He was barely checking, but besides that everything else was great.“

“This place is very cool. You don’t have to worry about running out of coins or credits ect. A wristband at a very reasonable price gets you all the playing you could ask for! There are lots games to choose from. The best part is that the people who work there are so kind. They deserve good business! 🩷“
