“I door dash all over Kalamazoo, portage, Battle Creek, and Grand Rapids and Ava is the only employee that has common sense and is the only one that actually put the order in another bag over the food paper bag that was plastic when the weather was not suited for paper bags. Not just Taco Bell all restaurants“

“I just wanted to share my experience from tonight at this location. Because I don't feel like people that have good experiences share them often enough. So I just wanted to give some recognition to this specific location for today because if you look at my taco it was like the most perfect taco I've ever seen from any Taco Bell I've been to so I just wanted to give them shout outs for that. And the young man at the drive thru window at 2:10am was very nice, and they were very quick and efficient. So I just wanted to give them the recognition that they deserve.“

“truly a great arbys. i always come in on the weekends and always see the same~ staff almost every time i come in. what i assume to be two managers, (based on the shirts) i forgot the specific names but one had a general manager name tag and he was super pleasant with amazing customer service, and the other one was younger but tall and amazing customer service as well. i have never met such nice workers. i came in this evening though and my order was ok but the customer service was as good as it normally was. i guess i will stick with weekend afternoons as the evenings it seems the workers are a little cranky, but overall they get my order right and typically have great attitudes. keep it up you two!“

“I honestly don't know how this place has bad reviews they must be under new management now or something but every time I go to this place my chicken is fresh my popcorn shrimp is fresh the customer service is amazing, and they get my order right every time with nothing missing it is correct, please keep up the great work as a nearby homeowner I appreciate this place thank you!!“

“We made our order and had some alterations on a few items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food came out fast & accurate. Overall they did a great job! Sometimes when we go to new locations our food gets messed up but they did a truly good job.“
