“Mom and I stopped in this weekend as we headed west on a weekend trip. The coffee was awesome we really enjoyed the maple latte and the pear almond tart was also yummy great recommendations by staff. Also any place that welcomes the fur kids earns extra points!”

“We have been here several times, and love this place. Dave is most accommodating, and an expert in creative cocktails. Food is always spot on, and the Chicago dog is amazing. Burgers and cheese steak sandwiches are delicious….and the fries are crisp. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere, reminiscent of the great bars in the Wisconsin Northwoods.”

“Holy Smokes! That was the best meatball sub I’ve ever tasted! Homemade meatballs! Actually, everything the two of us had for dinner was hand cut, hand breaded and a cut above everything else in town! Nothing from a freezer bag! Worth the trip to Lydick.”

“Tried here after being denied service at Nowhere in Rolling Prairie due to having my baby along for Father’s Day. So happy we did. This is a family friendly establishment with a very nice staff, excellent food, and a nice atmosphere. Will absolutely recommend and return.”

“I love my folks over at the Sawyer location, but this location (Bridgman) is way more efficient. Sometimes it takes forever to get your order in Sawyer. I’ve hardly ever had to wait in Bridgman, even if there is a line of cars. Kudos to management!”

“This was our first visit to the Staymaker, which is the restaurant within the Journeyman Distillery. We are visiting from Chicago and this was recommended and we were not disappointed! Everything was really excellent! From our charming and attentive server Hailey, to the amazing smoked trout spread app to the Trout entree and the brisket meatloaf. It was all so delicious! We will be back!”

“Cheap beer, friendly locals, and better than average bathroom. Had a fantastic New Year’s Eve there with friends and our kids!! Met an 89 year old lady there who grew up across the street from the bar and she told us all about the history. Apparently it used to be a gas station, a grocery store, and they used to have dances there. Lots of great history. We’d give it 6 stars if we could 😎”

“This tasting room has plenty of good options, but it is a bit basic inside. The staff was very friendly and helped me determine which version of the Albariño was my favorite. I was able to get the bottle I wanted after trying a few tastes, and it all went quite smoothly. It’s definitely not a bad spot to enjoy a tasting, and they have a good selection of Tabor Hill’s wine for sale.”
